Posts: 1198 (12/27/05 1:08 am) Reply [12.27.05] For some reason I'm oddly inspired by the wee hours of the morning to write updates. So here I am, 12:58 AM, writing an announcement for you all. Hopefully my half awake/half asleep ramblings won't scare anyone off. Firstly, I've updated all the threads in the News Ticker. This time, I've gone up and down the board and collected every single thread and placed them up there rather than just randomly picking a few. It may take quite some time to scroll through the whole thing, but I decided every single thread on the board deserves equal representation. If I've accidentally left out any threads, just send me a PM and I'll put it up! I'm pretty sure I got all of them though, seeing as I checked the dates of every forum to see when the last post was made. Nifty little feature there, eh? Secondly, for what's going on with new members/characters. I'd like to welcome our newest member Beating x Heart x Baby, also known as Valerie who recently got accepted with Claire Killian, a 6th Year Ravenclaw! And a big welcome back to Matty (checkyourpockets) who is joining us at the board again, and also to Kat (Cypress1313) who is back as well! It's great to have some old faces coming back again! *squee* As for new characters, Lyssa has Sera Tilton a seventh year Gryffindor, and Mallory has Dion Roderick, a sixth year Gryffindor! Yay for new characters! *squee x 2* Thirdly, board events. The Christmas Social is still going, so you can continue to post there. The train wreck, for those who are playing Death Eaters or students going home, needs attention, so make sure you get in there and keep the posts coming! We have about a week left in this time block, so let's pull in some fantastic posting! Recently the posting average has been going up, and I've been a happy, happy admin. Just as a note for those with teachers, if you want to get ahead, you can start planning out your classes for A Days. Okay, so maybe I'm the only nerd that will. But I'm just itching to get back into regular term postage. Can't wait! And, as always, there's more plotty-goodness in store, so keep your eyes open! And I guess that's all I've got for right now.
