2006 Line Update from the Ambassador

Hello all,
I hope everyone had a happy and healthy holiday. Retailers in many areas are really starting to load the shelves with the after holiday restock. I have found all models released to date with all re colors as well. But, the big mystery is. "where is the London Taxi"?
I just got off the phone with Christian Zentner who is currently in Hong Kong at Toy Fair. This guy does not sleep I am convinced.
The London Taxi has had production issues and will be released in about 1 or 2 months as a 2006 model as originally intended.
Also there have been many questions as to why the Off Road Rider, Hearse and Transit Van were released in 2007 packaging, not finishing the 2006 line. Christian is working to try to get these models released in 2006 packaging so collectors are able to finish out the 2006 year. This is not for sure but I wish him luck in completing this task. He is a strong advocate of offering a complete line and is doing his best.
Let me know where you are finding or not finding your favorite Matchbox products and I will pass this information along. Felix, Christian, Michael and all others are very interested in distribution as well as what you think of the product.
I think this is the best line-up in many, many years.
