Has anyone looked at dropping a 3L 2.8ltr motor into the 2L-T Surf?
I'm getting sick of throwing money at mine as it's overheating problems continue after new head, radiator, water pump and turbo.
I'm wondering how easy this conversion would be using the Aust. comp. 3L and the turbo, exhaust manifold etc from the old 2L-T? The chassis mounts should be the same I guess as they are both basically the same block with a different crank and bore.
Any thoughts??
