A 1/2 smile, a 1/2 frown, and a long walk home OOC: I figured since Skittle closed up the threads until Trin gets back I'd just move ahead a little bit and make a continuation. Anybody's welcome if they want. BIC: **She had a headache. She checked her watch too. It was only 8:30pm, but it felt much later than that and she shivered, wishing she was home in her nice warm bed. the day had been so hectic for her. People were crashing, there was blood spill, the sadness of the idea of death gave her the chills and she continued to walk home.** **Kyosho manner wasn't far from here anyway and at the pace she was walking she'd be home before you knew it. However something pulled her back in the other direction where she came. She looked up from across the street. the giant house stood on it's large good foundation and she took a good look at the streetlamps shining their glow onto the metal and illuminate the stairs to the front door.** **As she looked in the window she could see her mother and father pacing back and forth quickly. they were probably wondering where she was and would surely punish her if she went inside late. It was 4 hours past curfew. This was a schoolnight and her parents were very strict people. they didn't always ask what she thought she wanted and what was best for her personally...they just assumed and made all the rules accordingly.** I can't go home now.... But I can't just stay out here either. I'll freeze... **A harsh wind blew over her face and she had to turn away from the bitter frost of it on her eyes. It wore off quickly and she hesitated before walking away.** I feel horrible. I'm making a decision here and now. Officially, I will try to be less confrontational. **The wind blew against her face again, stinging her eyes. She put her hand up to shield the painful sting against her face. But she couldn't and broke down and began to cry as she walked.** M-Matt, I'm so.. **sniff** ..s-sorry for everything... I c-can't believe that I r-ruined your b-birthday... **sniff** **While walking she wiped her face and wondered where there was possibly anywhere to get warm. She doubted it though. Who would take her in just for the night and be friendly to her when all she did was ridicule and harass everyone? Nobody would even bother to help her now. Nobody.** I-I wish that I.. **sniff** ...wasn't s-so jealous all t-the time.. **sniff** ..and all the t-times that everybody's helped m-me, like when I w-went away to England.. a-and this is how I r-repay them all? **She shivered again and looked around, sitting in the snow and shielding her eyes into her hands to sit and cry her little eyes out. But of course, by now everyone was home in their cozy, warm houses and tucking into their fuzzy soft beds. Nobody could hear her and she wondered why she was bothering to cry at all. Maybe it was just to get her frustrations of life out. She didn't even know, herself. but it felt good because it had been a long time since last she cried.** **She wiped her face again and sat up, wiping the snow from her jacket and stuffed her hands in her pocket. Her face was a bit red from the cold and from the crying, but she didn't care. She pressed on to try to find somewhere to stay for the night. She didn't dare go near any of her friends houses in fear that she would face social rejection for the verbal misery that Yuka had put them through. She didn't want to hear it.** **She lowered her eyes and rubbed her hands together, breathing on them, trying to get them warm. Her whole body shook with the cold, but still she pressed on through the stormy weather.** |

He slowly drove up in his 'pimp caddy'.* Tallpanzer: "What are you two doing here. The streets at night is no place to be." *His voice more of a warning then sympathetic.* OOC: Tallpanzer is street kid from Vancouver and has always had the hard knock life. Yuka is a rich girl that has had every thing handed to her on a silver platter. Do you smell conflict. I sure do. True strength dose not come from swords or sorcery. It come from with in you. I'm trying to keep this RP thread at a certain level. And I don't think 'pimp caddies' are involved.. then again I've never even HEARD of having a 'pimp caddy' in ANYTHING pertaining to digimon in general. Sounds a bit corny for my tastes... BIC: **She stops for a second in the middle the snow and turns to Emperor Constantine who had addressed her.** H-hi... **She blew into her hands, keeping them warm and placed them into her pockets.** I-I was just taking a w-walk... **She paused momentarily before continuing.** You haven't h-happened to see M-Matt around here tonight, h-have you? I've been trying t-to find him. **Her eyes sank to the muddy, snowy ground.** I think I o-owe him an ap-pology. |

We ap-p-preciate it... **She opens the door and hops into the car, looking down at her feet with a sniffle. Yuka wipes her nose, pathetically looking like a cold, drowned rat.** At least it's warm inside the car of all things... **Her watch glowed and she looked down at it.** 10:19pm... my parents are going to be very angry with me... **There comes a disturbing sounding rumble and everyone in the car looks at her.** I'm sorry. I didn't eat anything today. **After reaching deep into the pockets of her baook-bag she pulls an apple from the front pocket.** This should help. **Yuka really wasn't sure that her mother and father would approve of her being driven around this late at night but that really didn't cross her mind as the #1 priority on her list.** **She thought for a moment and averted her yellow eyes in deep contemplation, pondering of a way to start up a conversation.** Uh... **Without a thought coming to her head, she just bit into the now shiny red apple and smiled back at them warmly.** |

She shut her eyes and put the chocolate bar in her mouth and started to cry again.** **She looked up realizing that they were watching her.** Sorry. **"Ahem"'s and stops crying.** I'm not happy...... **Sniff, Sniff** **She turns and pulls out a little mirror from her bookbag with a gasp.** My make-up's running! I look absolutely horrible!! |

I hate myself now.... **Her eyes lower.** I have alot of jealousy issues that I'm trying to learn to deal with, but sometimes people can't stand me. And I know I pushed myself way over the edge on this one.... **She looks a bit ill.** And Matt won't talk to me... **Cry.** |

This will be my last post for a while, I am going to new brunswick for the weekend!  Trin will have to rp for me while I am gone, though.IC: <sees Yuka start to cry> Hey now, calm down! I am your friend, and I dont hate you! I doubt any of them do. And of course people can stand you, what is there not to like? As far as Matt, well, it looks like its his loss if he wont talk to you. You are a good person, and you dont need to take shit from nobody! So dont cry, okay? You are making me sad!  OOC: My ride is here, I gotta go. Bye everybody! |
