A Newb Question
I know this has been asked, but with 17+ pages here to sift through, could one of you masters be so kind as to give advice to a newbie JUST landed into DAoC (4 yr vet of EQ, also played AC2, AO, SWG, E&B, & EO)...

Best stats for an elvish Nightshade? I plan on almost exclusively soloing. Is this a bad class to do so, should I give up and go ranger? (27 yr vet of AD&D, always happiest as elf or half-elf ranger or thief)

I'm only level 2 atm and would like advice before I invest any more time in her. I gave her Str 50, left Con @ 40, put Dex 87 & Qui 81.

Oh my...going through all these posts....DAoC is a lot more complicated in customizing your character than EQ's blind hack hack hack..ding..hack hack hack..ding.

I predict I'm going to need a LOT of advice.

reroll and put 10 into str/con/dex for the best effect. Also as a Ns you wont be soloing w/o a second account for a buffbot. Once you've got your buffbot and Ns to 50 you'll need to get ready to bend over for every infil that finds you. Your best bet is to always group with other stealthers. As a hib or mid you'll find soloing to be very taxing on your patience due to constant loss.
