I camped it for 6 hours the other night and got it for Ouzer. It drops the hard to get piece for the Eyepatch of Plunder quest. One piece drops of Stormy, one piece drops off Lodizal, one off Dire Wolf Stalker, and one is a miniquest. It's a little sad that the hard part of that quest is a lvl 35 bird, and not Lodizal.
