A post i made a little while back
Enjoy.
This is just my humble opinion when faced with the possibility of yet another war.
There is no question but that George Warmonger Bush is good for business. If business and making profit was the only ethic, then George would be elected king of the world.
Forget morality. Forget pollution. Forget fostering a gigantic arms industry. Forget global warming. Forget human rights. Forget justice. Forget all non business ethics.
The world that George is creating is one that most people are not going to want to live in. It is a world where survival of the fittest reigns. It is a world where the gap between rich and poor increases. It is a place where the majority of the world is economically enslaved. It is a place where money and power gravitates to the few and misery and exploitation is foisted on the majority of the world's population.
The years that George Bush was president will go down in history as our darkest hour. They will go down in history as a time of major deterioration of the global environment and the exploitation of the world community under his New World Order of Imperialistic Capitalism under the guise of Democracy. They will go down in history as the most shameful as a time when Americans forgot all their high ideals and invaded Iraq for 112 billion barrels of oil.
The only thing good about George that I can say is that he is honest. He says America first. He means America first. If you aren’t American then you are subject to exploitation. The whole world is just a great big labour pool to George. And with the greatest army the world has ever seen, George is the potential owner of any natural resource he wants.
It will take decades to undo the mess that George is creating politically, economically and environmentally.
After all,war is merely an extension of politics,or is it?
I am well aware of the possible flames i may receive for this post, and i am not completely anti-war,for as long as it is for the right reasons, this is just my opinion.

Re: A post i made a little while backI am in agreement with you on a lot of what you say quantum. I think this whole thing is more about revenge than anything else. Sadam has been the bad guy forever yet all of a sudden there is this urgency to rid the world of "evil". Give me a break.

I must say I agree with you that the Bush is a bad bad thing. I am appaled by his blatent disregard for the seperation of church and state(ie hes always praying and sermonizing about the judeo christian god)
Also how the country has been Dogging all the anti war protesters. We live in america supposedly so we can have the right to voice our opinions no matter what they are. Even if you are Pro war you still have to give the other side thier fundamental right to free speech.I personally am against any war that is being caused by the Bushs need for controlling the oil in the middle east.
Saddam hussein is a nasty Guy, the people in his country are downtrodden and scared of him and The one thing i do agree with the Bush on is that saddam hussein needs to be quote unquote dealt with, however i do believe that it is the Iraqui peoples who are so downtrodden and upset with thier current government that need to do something to fix this, when we were downtrodden by a government(Merry Old England) We Did what... we had a revolution. Maybe the iraqui people need to take a leaf from our past and have thier own revolution if they are so unhappy with the current 25 people in thier elite government, there are thousands of them and only a few in this ruling elite class in Iraq Id imagine if they revolted they could win easily....
Oh and another thing(sorry i tend to ramble lol)
Why is it that the Bush who stole the presidency (while america sat back and said ok well if CNN says he won who am I to say different) Has done nothing but feed this war since he came into office.Seems a little preplanned in my opinion.maybe the whole point of his making sure he won the election was so that we could end up at this crossroad of War.
So send Guns not Troops......arm the Iraqui people to fight thier own war if you will Mr. Bush, keep your nose out of other peoples affairs..........
