We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Another Night
Rayd stepped back from the edge of the cliff, pulling Mitsuko back with him.
"Sorry, slight miscalculation on my part there."
He had taken them a little too close to the edge, but luckily pulled them away in time. As they stopped, they looked at the moon before them. Rayd removed his sunglasses, his own eyes resembling the moon that shone before them. Rayd liked looking at the night sky, it was something he did a lot and it was a lot better to have somebody else to do it with.
"So, this good enough for ya?"
Rayd said as his arm made it's way over her shoulder, allowing Rayd to hold her closer. The view was good, the breeze was cool, and the atmosphere was beautiful, nothing for miles that could possibly ruin the moment.
Mitsuko nuzzled into his arm. Looking up at the moon, it was so pale, so perfectly round. Her eyes grew wide as she continued to get lost in the heavens displayed above her.
"Yes, here is perfect" She answered whispering, speaking to loud would make the sky change and make it morning. It wasn't true or even possible but everything was just too good. Time could stand still if she spoke softly.
Looking arround to remember to come back to the spot she noticed she didnt know where 'here' was. Pausing she looked up at Rayd. "Where is here by the way?"

OOC: lol, just realised that the time difference means it can't possibly be Australia, but whatever. Just forget about the time difference... lol.

Rayd took a while to respond, he was still taking in the view.
"Home, Australia. East coast. I came from the West coast on the other side of the country, but the whole place is great. This place is along the coast somewhere, middle of nowhere really. But it's a nice place. Most of the worlds most beautiful places are marked on the map, and very few people will get to see them."
Rayd paused for a moment.
"I'm looking for somewhere where I can just hang out and chill by myself, somewhere I can relax. You know, sit down and write some songs or something. There are plenty of places, but none that can fully give me thats inspiration you know?"
Rayd smiled. His powers really were a gift, they really opened his eyes to how much beauty was still left in the world, and made him appreciate things a lot more.
"Australia, didn't think I would ever be taken to meet my future in-laws" She of course was grinning like an idiot. Although he eyes didn't leave the stars. Mitsuko could have geuss what Rayd's expression was going to be.
"You know, I actaully forgot that you sing. Been awhile since I've heard you." This time she looked down, some of her hair covered her eyes. "You should really keep in touch, I missed you" She still hadn't looked back up.
Expressing deep emotions were always hard for her. She was so used to everything being a one-night stand. Just using everything to make herself feel better. To make the hurt go away. Rayd was different. It hurt to think that something may have happened and she'd never know.

Marriage? One of the thoughts that haven't crossed his mind... Ever. Legally, it would be hard for him to get married, seeing as he's dead and all, and as much as Mitsuko may be eager to meet his parents, it definately isn't in the cards, luckily though, the subject moved on quickly.
"Keep in touch? If I could, I would have, but it was kinda hard."
He held her tightly, knowing that she was concerned for his safety.
"And don't worry about me too much, I've got everything covered. Not to sound too confident or anything, but I'm pretty hard to kill."
Even harder to kill than he first though actually, after his recent adventures he had discovered something quite disturbing, and beneficial at the same time. The background of his powers and why he was given them, as well as the reason for why his scars opened up during the night.
"It's good to know that you missed me though. And I missed you too. If theres anything I took out of my time away, it's that my friends and those I love in my life are more important than anything else."
He sqeezed her a little as he said this. It wasn't the type of thing Rayd would normally say, but it was true, it had changed him completely. Some might come to the conclusion that he was getting soft, but it was completely the opposite... If anything, he was a true warrior.

Something about those words seem to strike a cord in her mind. Memories flickered of thier first night togther. She rememberd asking him if he loved her. It was a stupid question but she just wanted to clear up if what happened would be thought of as him claiming her.
Love. Such a harsh word, it's never brought anything but pain to her, loseing 'loved' ones or being loved by someone to a point were if they cant have you they can't live. To much pain surrouned the word. It amost hurt just thinking if she could ever actually say it.
Wrapping her arms arround him, she placed her cheek against his chest. This would calm her down, his breathing. She'd have to tell him one day that it was almost hypnotic.
Words seemed to leave her mind, something would come that she wanted to say but then it'd fly away.

Silence was probably the best reply he could possibly hope for, then again, it could mean something worse though Rayd had a feeling it wasn't like that. He stood silent stroking Mitsuko's hair as he once again stared at the moon. Even though he seemed calm and collected, his mind was elsewhere, though ever since he found out about his powers, it was all he could ever really think about. While his thoguhts lingered on other subjects, it all ended up back at the same thought. 'Why me?'
It also put before him a very difficult decision. While the decision seems like it is a simple Good or Evil choice, it is much deeper than that, and it's that which makes the decision all the more difficult.
"Mitsuko... If I were to make a choice, a choice which could possibly effect the whole world. Would you stand by me no matter what?"
He wanted to be light on the details, posing it more as a hypothetical than anything else, but given the serious tone, she would more than likely figure out that he is defiantely serious.
Rayd didn't want to tell her, but he figured that he may have to eventually. He would just rather not freak her out, or make her worry too much.

She looked up at him, her eyes answered his question. Her answer was yes but her mouth was to busy. Her lips somehow ended up against his, Mitsuko didn't even notice when she kissed him, she just knew she did. It was warm, the way he held her, the way he talked to her.
She pulled away her eyes were filled with uncired tears. "Yes, I'll stand by you". Another one of those moments where Mitsuko had to answer with her heart, or what remained of it. So protected was the final shard of her heart that this, just answering felt like she'd been working out for days, her body felt weak, almost frail.
"No matter what" This time she was aware of what she was doing, She stood on her toes and kissed him again. One hand went arround his neck the other on his shoulder to help her balance.

As Rayd pulled away from the kiss, he smiled an uneasy smile. While he inititally thought her commitment to him was a good thing, it could also put her in danger, which was something Rayd didn't want. Though he didn't linger on it, he didn't want to ruin this moment. He had time to make this choice, and he was going to use every second to figure out where he could put his trust.
While the current side of Rayd was a little uneasy about this whole decision, there was one part of him which saw the opportunities that could be gained and the possible fun that could be had, but most of the thoghts were foolish and selfish, but maybe that was the real Rayd.
"Thank you."
Was all Rayd managed to say as he kissed Mitsuko again, this time holding it a little longer and savouring the moment, while something in the back of his mind drew his attention.
Tick, tock Rayd, Tick, tock...
He ignored it. It was the first time he'd heard it, and it wouldn't be the last.

Mitsuko pulled away this time. Something was bothering her, it was what he said. 'change the world' . What could he possibly mean by that? Asking may not get anywhere, but trying wouldn't hurt.
"What did you mean change the world?, sounds really serious?" She gave him her best, puppy dog eyes. In light of the situation it looked more like she was pouting. Being cute while pouting but still pouting.

He knew she would ask eventually, and he didn't really want to tell her, he didn't want to drag her in or make her worry.
"I... I can't say. Not yet anyway. I don't want to get you involved, I don't want to put you in danger or make you worry. I will tell you, but nows not the right time. I'd rather not ruin the night."
If his eyes could have any expression in them what so ever, it would be one of sincerity, but as they were, they were expressionless, lifeless. He wanted to tell her his situation so much, but he knew that it would cast a shadow on the night.
'Maybe she'll understand. Maybe she won't care.'
He walked back towards her and wrapped his arms around her.
"I can tell you, that I am stronger than you can possibly comprehend, and that you don't have to worry about me..."
This night has really opened up his eyes. He now knows that he has something to fight for, and somebody beside him, somebody who will be there.
Mitsuko hugged him back, it was okay that he didn't answer. She already 1/2 knew he wasn't going to tell her, but hey, might as well try. Being so warmly hugged like this made her realize that she was acutally really cold.
"Hey Rayd can we head back to my room?, I'm starting to cold" She looked up at him and smile sweetly.
Mitsuko thought momentarly at what this could lead into but that didnt matter, plus its not like she would deny that she didnt want it.
