Islamic Paths ezOP Posts: 14 (7/15/01 4:00 pm) Reply	Are some people too good to pray? There is much evidence in the Qur'an and Hadith of the Prophet's dedication to prayer. However, there are many Islamic leaders, Ulamma and wali that do not pray because they feel they are above this "formality". There is even a world leader and former head of a national Islamic group that feels he is "too good" to pray. How can we convince the children and gullible of this world to pray when leaders do not lead by example? Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) insha'allah will be granted wasilah (the closest place to Allah) and we are supposed to ask Allah to grant this position to him. In return the Prophet(PBUH) is obligated to intercede for the people that do this on the Day of Jusgement. The Prophet's(PBUH) feet would crack because of how much he prayed. Therefore, NOBODY is too good to pray, no matter what. Those who think they are too good to pray are in wrong thought. May Allah save us all from these thoughts.
