Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Arthur is 5' 3", short with a slim build and wiry limbs. He has a young-looking face, with wide green eyes and a narrow nose. Long unkempt dirt-brown hair completes the image of him as an urchin. He often speaks with a high voice and could easily be mistaken as being younger then his true age. An extremely fair complexion with light freckling leads him to tell people he's of English extraction.
He prefers dark colored jeans and t-shirts. He will often wear brightly colored hats, jackets, or other accoutrement that can be easily removed so he can fade back into a crowd. Most of his clothing is worn and secondhand but he does own one or two nicer items.
Arthur walks with an odd sort of grace, as if each of his motions was thought out in advance. His hands are almost constantly moving and occupied.
Personality:
Subconciously, Arthur has two overriding personality traits. The first is latent psychosis. This doesn't automatically make him a murderer, but it does impair his decision making ability at times. He has trouble being empathic and often feels contempt for others.
Superficially, this trait results in him being extremely unabashed and matter-of-fact in all situations. He's not at all shy and is willing to jump into anything that comes up. Nothing can really surprise or stun him. On the other side, he can be extremely vindictive. He will hold a grudge forever and can take offense very easily.
The second major subconcious trait is being compulsive. He has to complete whatever he starts without fail. Walking away is never a possibility.
In most public situations, he'll engage in extremes of behavior. Most of the time he'll hide in a crowd, ghost along seldom used passages and do his best to disappear. Other times he'll engage in large, obvious displays designed to draw attention. These can be used as a distraction for something else he's up to.
In personal situations he goes out of his way to impress people. By displays of strength or skill he'll immediately attempt to earn respect. He's far more comfortable with females then males and will regularly seek their company.
He is usually scheming something and often has stange and intricate plans underway. His name is self-given as compensation for his unknown circumstances of birth ("well-born").
Special Power:
Remote Manipulation
Arthur can project invisible psychokinetic 'hands'. The range is limited to six feet from his body. The hands function as extensions of his normal hands and mimic them exactly in strength. He must move his own hands in tandem with the PK hands. The hands are full-feedback, so he can feel what they do, and if they are pushed or blocked his own hands are stopped as well. They can manifest for only a few seconds at a time, enough for a single toss or punch.
Thievery
Due to years of practice Arthur is an accomplished sneak thief. He can easily pocket any small (up to apple-sized) object without anyone noticing. He also stand an excellent chance of snatching small objects from people's hands or picking pockets without being noticed immediately.
History:
Arthur started life as an orphan. He was placed in a Catholic orphanage and spent the first few years of his life there. He retains some of the training as he's able to read and is still strongly Catholic. His childhood there was unpleasant, as the nuns required the children to work doing laundry and other such tasks.
When he was ten or so his powers began to manifest. Of his own initiative he decided he no longer wanted to be in the orphanage and so ran away. As a young child he spent two years on the street, surviving as best he could by scamming food from unsuspecting adults and plain thievery. Not content to stay in on place, he would drift around the streets, dealing with all kinds of places from the inner cities to the suburbs.
As a young teenager he began to find in place more with gangs, his powers making him a handy thief and giving him the advantage of surprise in any fight. He worked mainly as delivery boy and mule, his tendency to blend in and distract making him extremely useful at discreet deliveries to more classy neighborhoods. As he aged he became disillusioned with the pettiness and vanity of gang lifestyles and struck off more on his own, making a fun and challenging sideline nabbing drug money transactions from under people's noses.
His reason for joining the high school are to start a new life in a situation where he can easily blend into a crowd. However, his street habits will be hard to curtail and he could easily get into trouble.
It never took very much. If you just walked into the place with a smile and something in your hand, everyone assumed you already belonged there. The hackeysack he tossed from hand to hand was like a free pass to the whole campus. A smile and a nod to a passing student and they'd swear they saw him every day in class and that he was a swell guy.
All in all, he didn't like the look of a lot of the students. Too many of them had hard eyes and kept their arms at their sides. These were people who knew trouble and weren't afraid of a fight. He'd seen less aggressive stares from boys with enough metal stuck into their bodies to stick to the side of refrigerators.
He turned into an alley between buildings. Weaving through it, his hand tapped against the forgotten trashcan, the half-missing brick, the drain that looked just a little loose, the closed window, and every other little detail. Before he did anything to anyone, he would have to know the terrain. This place and everything in it was going to be his home, and all of the forgotten things and ways and places were now his.
As he slipped out of the alley and back into the press of students, he allowed himself a small smile.

I'm not quite sure I get the thievery ability; someone would probably notice an apple disappearing, unless you're talking about maybe the thickness of an object. Clear this up for me and I'll accept you.

I'm not sure what's unclear. He's able to steal stuff. His ability is to snatch something and secret it on his person. He's able to do it without people seeing, not by mystic ability, but just by being observant. This is really more of a skill then a power.
Scenario:
He's eating in the cafeteria and someone sitting across from him has an apple on the table. While noone nearby is looking, he reaches over, takes the apple, and pockets it. The person turns back without seeing him take the apple, and by looking at him cannot tell he has it on him.
Also, he has a proclivity towards robbery, but that only requires intelligence and planning.
I will clear all thefts with the persons involved.

He's just really good at it, to the point he could get away with it at any time. The 'power' label was something to hang my hat on for him not being noticed thieving, as I figured this involved conflicting character interests.

I guess it's alright, but use it sparingly. Don't go around asking people if you can pickpocket something all the time. If it gets out of hand, I WILL ask you to change it.
