Assistants Sign-Up Sheet
A piece of parchment can be found stuck to the students' entrance to the greenhouses, braving the elements as it bears this message to all of Professor Hymnwood's Herbology students:
To all Herbology students,
Recently I have been feeling extreme discontent with the greenhouse house elves' work with my plants. I'm sure you have all become familiar with my over-protective nature when it comes to my plants, and so I have come to take drastic measures concerning this issue. I have fired the greenhouse elves, and now I find myself in need of new assistants.
I require the services of two students per year (excluding NEWT level students, who already have their hands full with their research project) to help me with chores and care-taking around the greenhouse. Tasks range from weed pulling to watering, from feeding (refering to all carnivorous plants) to re-potting, etc. I have no money to offer, though I may offer exemption from virtually all written assignments. I find this to be a particularly interesting offer, since the written assignments are generally the boring ones.
If you meet the requirements mentioned above and are interested in being a greenhouse assistant after class hours and/or weekends, feel free to leave your name on the sign-up sheet below.

If you wish to have one of your characters be a greenhouse assistant, just reply to this thread with your character's name and year. I don't need to know your House, to Kaniliel it's very irrelevent.

Well, it was worth a shot...
Since no one seemed particularly interested in being Herbology assistants, I've decided to terminate the project. I'm very sorry to those of you who would've liked to participate.
If, by divine intervention, some of you show very keen interest in starting the project up anew, just let me know and we'll figure something out. Until then, I'm closing this section.
