Available Races
Human: Humans are by far the predominant race in Moagara. The origins of the Moagari themselves go back more than a two hundred years when their ancestors first migrated from the western plains, driving out the Hyrgurae tribe in the process.

Moagaran humans receive +1 HP per level.

Elf: In time the Moagari settled the fertile coastline and river valleys, and later small tribes of elves sailed from across the seas and settled in the vast forests of the land. Superb scouts and trackers, the elves found a ready ally against the sinister influence of Chaos in the Moagari. While still generally keeping to themselves, the elves of the region freely mingle with the humans. They do not, however, mate with them.

Modifications to the Elven Racial Traits on page 16 of the PHB:
Elves are on average an inch or two taller than humans.
All elves are not proficient with longswords, rapiers and bows. Instead, all elves gain Sense Chaos (see House Rules) as a Class Skill, and make all Sense Chaos checks at +2.
Elves move 35' per round when unencumbered, not 30'.

Dwarf: With the Empire came the dwarves. Renowned artificers and engineers, the dwarves brought a cunning for stonecraft and construction that lifted the Moagari at least partially out of their barbarous past. Their excellent fortifications and roads still stand in many places, though the legions have long since abandonded them.

Modifications to the Dwarven Racial Traits on page 14 of the PHB:
Dwarves do not gain a +1 racial bonus against orcs and goblinoids. Instead they gain a +1 racial bonus against creatures of Chaos.
Dwarves do not gain a +4 dodge bonus against giants. Instead they gain a +2 dodge bonus against all enemies that are at least Large sized.
Dwarves always move 20' per round regardless of how much they are encumbered and what kind of armor they are wearing.
