Bored so looking for a book
Brett had never been a huge reader but when he had nothing else to do he would read. So now the blond Gryffindor boy was looking for a book to read.
Earlier this day his twin had told him about the letter from their mother. Brett had been happy about it but he didn't care as much as his twin sister did. Annie was usually the one who came up with fun things to do but now all she did was read that stupid letter. It was kind of annoying really.
Sitting at a table not far from Brett was the young Huff lad. His teachers were really piling on the homework this year, so he had retreated to the Library for study time.

Brett saw a boy who looked a little older then he was and since Brett couldn't find a book that sounded intresting he decided to say hi.

"Came to the right place, then," said Logan. "Studying for something?" Logan wished he wasn't studying. But you can't have everything in life.

"Nope luckily I'm not studying for anything," Brett said. Brett like most people hated studying so he was glad he didn't have any tests that were near that he had to study for.

"Lucky you," said Logan. "I've got to have this essay handed in by Wednesday. Two rolls of parchment!" Logan rubbed his head because he was starting to get a headache.
"Arithmancy," said Logan, sounding annoyed. "Well, it SEEMED like a good idea at the time when I signed up at the end of my second year. Maybe I should have gone with Muggle Studies.

"I've heard Arithmancy is a really really hard class," Brett replied to Logan. One of the many reasons Brett had not signed up for Arithmancy was because everyone said it was one of the hardest classes in Hogwarts if not the hardest.

"The new classes I sighed up for are Care of Magical Creatures and Muggle Studies," Brett told Logan. Most people Brett knew said it was kind of weird that he was taking muggle studies when he had not seen his mother is ages so he had basically been raised as a pure blood.

"Yeah I signed up for Care of Magical Creatures too. It's real wicked, actually. I like animals. What have you had in class so far? Flobberworms?" That's what Logan had had in his third year.

"Yeah flobberworms is basically all were learning about," Brett said with a sigh. Brett found Flobberworms really really boring and he didn't see the purpose of even learning about them.

"Well, look on the bright side," Logan reminded him. Not thinking of a bright side, Logan shrugged and didn't finish the sentence.
"How do you like muggle studies? Interesting to you?"

"Well, I've always kind of figured that muggle studies would be a bit boring. Sort of like History of Magic. I don't like that class much at all," Logan admitted. "I don't even know if I'm doing well in it."

"History of magic is boring most of the time," Brett responded. "I'm pretty good at that class though. I"m not good at Herbology at all,"
