Right, this is my way of stopping this section getting overloaded with Britney subjects. i think we should all start talking about Britney Spears in this thread, and once the other Britney topics have faded away then there will only be one Britney thread, thus stopping MUSIC GOSSIP getting full of Britney subjects, and getting poor old Paul angry! Also, what would be a good idead if it could get STUCK at the top of the page as she is talked about sooo much! What do you think to that?

The Princess of Pop is confirmed to play at Portugal's 'Rock In Rio' event in Lisbon on June 5, alongside the likes of Slipknot, Metallica and Guns N'Roses. Britney, who is still bidding to resurrect her ailing career on the back of the panned new album 'In The Zone', tours the US in March and April before venturing to Europe. Sting is amongst the other acts scheduled to appear at the festival, which attracts around 100,000 people and takes place between May 29-30 and June 3-6. Britney performed at 'Rock In Rio' in 2001 in Brazil. The Portuguese leg of the event is based on its Brazilian counterpart.

Probably me! and the reason i did it was is so that hopefully there will only be one, appropriatley named topic about Britney Spears and we can gossip about her in it! instead of having 3 or 4 or even more differently named topics about her, it stops the mods stressin' LOL
