Islamic Paths ezOP Posts: 2 (6/10/01 8:42 pm) Reply	Can we look beyond pigmentation? The Qur'an tells us in 49:13 that we are all of one brotherhood descended from the same male and female. Our whiteness, blackness, brownness, yellowness and redness are simply a pigment added by Allah to differentiate us into tribes and nations. It is part of His divine plan to help us to know ourselves by coming to know each other. Will it ever be possible for mankind to truly look beyond the pigmentation of one's skin to see God's unique creation within the outer shell? How can we help others to see this and take comfort rather than fear?
