Real Name: Helix Ven
Age: 21
Appearance: Helix stands at 5'8, only an inch shorter than his counter part brother. His hair is long, the shade of baby blue. His eyes are a shade of crystal navy blue. Often mistaken for a woman with his feminine features, he still refuses to cut his hair - not that it would make much of a difference, it would instately grow back.
His skin is soft white, almost making his figure look like a ghost - especially when wearing his black suit, which he prefers. Shades of black and white, wrether it be a suit or white leather pants is his preferrance.
A tattoo of angel wings grace his upper back, just below his shoulder blades. Another tattoo, a single 'X' located just under the thumb of his left hand proves to be of significance.
Personality: As expected, Helix is the softer brother of the two. He generally decides to see the good in people, to offer them choices or suggestions. He believes that destiny can be bent, and that fate can be changed. The realist of the two, he can sense when people are not what they seem - even a small spark of darkness he can sense.
He can be comical, laid back, often turning a serious situation into his own little distraction of fun. Chess he seems to be passionate about, and has been known to stop in a middle of a battle if his interest get's distracted by a chess board.
He is not as quick to jump into battle as his brother, seeing most of his powers are not offensive and more defensive. The brothers together, can make a menacing pair.
Abilities
Dead Zone: Probably the most important power of Helix is to neutralize powers by creating a "Dead Zone". The dead zone, specifically creates a very small area in which elemental powers are neutralized for a short time. (Neutralized: Halted) This enables Helix to either try and talk some sense into the fueding individuals, allow a individual to get out of the way if threatened (ie: run) or temporialy prevent a major disaster.
Healing: The basic power of healing small wounds, but only if their human. For some reason, Helix is not able to heal the wounds of meta humans.
Orbing: Helix is able to orb in and out of places at will. He will orb, presented by a shimmering light on entrance and exit. When Helix was younger he couldn't control his orbing, if something was thrown at him he would immediately orb out of the way without even thinking it. As he matured, he has been able to control it more. This of course, has also made it harder to hurt him with physical force.
History (Same history will apply to both brothers):
More important than the brothers themselves were their parents, a half demon and a good witch. During the time of conception, hell was detremined for the two to have a child, hoping that the good witch would become evil and the couple would rule hell together. The battle between good and evil has been forever existant, but the good witch in the end made the choice to stay on earth, fighting against demons.
Unknown to the pair, the woman actually was pregaunt with twins. When the agency (Specifically the same agency that Dango is in) heard of this, they watched the pair very closely.
When the brothers were born, it was obvious that they weren't normal children. This became evident as they started maturing at a very early age. Lix with his ability to 'blink' and inflict pain, and Helix with his ability to heal and orb. The parents were conflicted, and both heaven and hell seemed detremined to break up the brothers.
With the death of their parents, unknown to both brothers to have been caused by the agency, they were put in the care of the agency. For years they helped the agency collected information, convience meta human's to give up their powers, and even interfere in a few battles in their time.
The brothers, always together, are both unaware of the truth. Wrether they wish to be naive, or do not believe the truth, they work for their 'father', the head of the agency.
They both know Dango very well, and they know her mission. But the agency has sent them to Manga High School not only because the agency is convienced Dango will not do her job, but of the rumors circulating the agency. The rumors of a upcoming war between good and evil, and power unbalence tipping the scales of the mortal coil.
Weakeness: His brother, in reality. Helix has more of a conscience than his brother, which often costs conflict between the two.

Realname: Lix Ven
Age: 21
Appearance: With choppy long redish orange hair and intense darker blue eyes, Lix is very seductive and alluring. He knows how to dress, how to act, but most importantly - how to really turn on the ladies. Lix loves to live in sin.
He is a chameleon, in every sense of the word, and he loves to dress up. Leather pants with buckles on the legs, a fish net shirt, arm armers, dog collars - a half buttoned white men's shirt, dark eye makeup, piercings. He loves to dress up the part as the 'bad boy' and frowns upon his brother's very 'plain' style.
A tattoo of black wings are on his upper back, beneath his shoulders along with a tattoo of a 'Y' exists below the thumb of his right thumb.
Personality: It is a good thing Lix wasn't born a woman, he could of possibly sent the world into a uproar. Seductive, charming, just plain ignorant and evil. He doesn't really care about women, or anyone for that matter, and playing with emotions is more of a game to him than anything.
If he loses out on a woman, he will simply move on to the next victim. Women who don't fall to his charms instately will seem like a challenge, but that doesn't mean he will shift his entire charm to one woman completly - behind her back he will be trying to woo someone else.
Never has he met a woman who could change him, or lure him into changing who he is. He has never cared for anyone.
He also loves to smoke.
Part of his personality and his power, is knowing what to say. To sense what is bothering someone, and to sense weaknesses. He will develop a relationship with someone if he has to, despite his brother always trying to warn him about his chosen path. Unfortunately, his demon side is stronger than his angelic side - even if both brothers have both.
Powers:
Blink: The ability to 'phase' in and out of places, much like his brother who orb's with twinkles of light following him he 'phases in/out' with a simple energy wave following him.
Insight/Mind trick: The ability, through analyzation to pry into a person's weakness. An alertness, rather, to be more intune with people's actions, words, emotions and to use it against them. He knows what to say to make people doubt themselves, to find their weakness, to even drive them into madness.
/Mindtrick: He has the ability, to charm someone to the point of thinking something is so real they actually feel it. A techinque, more through the power of suggestion, to make somebody feel something that isn't really there to the point that their own minds make it real. (ie: suggestion a sharp pain in their head, so the person actually begins to feel it)
Binding/Immunity/Fire Force: A temporary binding of a person's powers if used against him. If close enough to a person who 'figures' him out, he can usually create an temporary immunity to it. This only works if a person is close to him, and only with the first two shots of power.
/Fire Force: The ability to create a fire wall around him if he is quick enough to notice an oncoming attack. It only blocks the weapon/bullet to allow him enough time to react.
Weakness: His own cockyness and pride, if chosen carefully it could lead him to self destruct.
A note on both: While Lix is definately more of the fighter than Helix, both brothers are knowledgable in fighting. Helix is more into the self defense, and tries to inflict as little pain as possible on his enemies. Lix, however, is more forceful and wants to inflict as much pain as possible on his opponents.
