Coronation Street - 3 separate times tonight...why?
Why on earth is it on three separate times? I don't get it.
Breaks are bad enough for adverts but this...its like hello...makes me wish there was laws against women being in charge of anything important.
But how class was the fight between Eileen and Gail?
I couldn't make out anything they were saying when they were shouting but it was just sooooo funny. Dunno if it was supposed to be funny but Gails face!
Some of the acting between Todd and Sarah was a bit dodgey though.

Re: Coronation Street - tonight
Aw no I thought Todd and Sarah were great, the fight was spectacular, I loved the line 'Go home Gail' lmao! Also Jason looked super sexy in that builders hat thingy...
The breaks are just for other programs and Eastenders, they probably hope that enough people watch it so they carry on watching the programs in between.

!
I thought the acting was great. Don't know how you can criticise it.
Eileen and Gail were excellent. Felt so sorry for both Todd and Sarah. Neither are at fault really. I know i'm gonna get real pissed off when Nick and David get in on the act, I hate them.
Re: Coronation Street - 3 separate times tonight...why?
I'm surprised they didn't do one of them "if you have been effected by tonight's episode of coronation street...call this number" things as that was quite sad at the end when Jason told his brother he was a queer...no wonder it was on at 10pm
Re:
It was good and funny but I thought they went a bit overboard with the homophobia! There's been hundreds of straight affairs in soaps, but nobody suggested HIV tests then!
-Acting from Bruno and Tina - superb portrayal as Todd and Sarah
-Excellent bitch-fight between Eileen and Gail! Raging hair on the cobbles was a true classic, and has made this storyline stand out even more so that before!
Low points of tonight's eps:
-Gail suggesting HIV test for Sarah - how fucking stereotypical
-David and Nick sniggering at Todd in the street and punching his lights out, acting like a bunch of bloody kids...
-Jason being so overtly homophobic....
O-Ren Ishii: The price you pay for bringing up either my Chinese or American heritage as a negative is - I collect your fucking head!
Re: Re:
I think it may not have been realistic to everyone, but it did portray a sad reality that some people have to go through.
The "backs against the wall" and "HIV" comments WERE necesarry to show the small minded people. It is why they were in there. We see idiot character Les making childish comments, then Eileen shooting him down, and I think that that little scene did a lot more good than harm. Same goes for the HIV thing. My dad (not a gay fan) was shouting "shut up you silly tart" at Gail. I just know that once they get rid of the baby, etc . . , they're gonna wrap all this up nicely. And Jason comes aorund (after a little encouragement from Charlie!)
aw come on guys
come on you guys! all those littel comments were so neccessarry. for gods sake think about it, if there wernt people as narrow minded as les in real life, then no1 would need to turn to websits like this for advice and support. no1 would feel they are scared to come out because of the consequences. its real life and thats what happens.
its funny how a lot of you started complaining about the kiss coz its was so quick and that isnt how it would be in real life and some saying that it was long enough and that is real life, when now when they do show real life situations (such as les sayin that bum thingy) you guys go mental over it.
like i sed, if those littel comments wernt there it wouldnt be real life.
Re: aw come on guys
I really believe that Karl and Todd used condoms when they had sex. etc smilies
They are responsible guys who wouldn't bareback when having sex.
Katy is a two-faced bitch and a traitor as well. I am glad she and Martin split up now as well. Someone give the Yorkshire lass a punch on the jaw.
I did think last night, what would Richard Hillman have done if he was still alive and not known as a killer? As he didn't want anything to ruin his family life. Hmm...
Still there's always Martin to protect them, oh I'm scared!
