Digimon Did exist?

And not so far away, a teenage girl sat watching the show as well, managing to shovel an itneresting amount of cereal into her mouth without ever once taking ehr eyes off of the show. Beside her sat a stack of papers she had done, all detailing the tiniest details about the Digimon she WISHED existed. Singing along with the theme, a mouthful of cereal making it harder to get it through. She laughed a little bit. "Lord. Davis. So odd." She glanced off to the side, where a box of Digimon trading cards rested. She'd just bought them off of some ten year old down the street, who looked at her like she was a nut for liking Digimon.
"Well, it's not like.. Okay, so I watch it. Occasionally. All the time. it's an adediction, all right?!"
It occured to her she was tlaking to ehrself and she laughed, walking over to the box and openeing it, going through the cards. Agumon. Angemon. Magnaangemon... Yummy. Gatomon. She laughed and as she glanced at the show she shook her head.
"If you asi me, Yolei's the most annoying one in the bunch." Muttering to herself. "Everyone hates Davis but Yolei is the worst..."
With that she shrugged and blinked, staring down at the cards. A blue one.
"That's.. odd..."
What was that doing there? On the screen, the whole gang laughed at how someone had made fun of Davis....

He watches and giggles as the kitten starts licking the sides of the bowl still scavenging for more milk. The kitten gives off a short meow then ran off the table and into another room Adult Voice- Hey Ryu! Digimon jsut started! Kid (Ryu)- Oh boy! he darted off into a room where his father sat reading the newspaper and on the tv was the intro digimon. He sat down right in front of it and watched di. di. di. digimon he continues to sing along until a commercial ..hey dad? Ryu's father- yes? Ryu- do digimon really exist ? Ryu's father- well i wouldnt know but your great great grandpa would have he lived that long ago. Except grandma said he went crazy..and he died from a heart disease the doctors think. He said he problem was chaos had left his body. he kept telling them that over and over. But when your old you tend to go a little crazy. Ryu- Dad? Ryu's father- yes? Ryu- could you stop talking, the shows back on ooc- oh fine so it is kinda a rip off Hatsuma-What do you mean my sandwich was an explosive!? Fireman- well it exploded and burst the cafeteria into flames Hatsuma- no one ever told me that nitroglycerin wasnt a sandwich topping!

As soon as digimon is over ryu gets up and dash's to his room and grabs 2 things: His toy d-3 and a shoe box full of cards ooc- thanks n.n this thread would have died pretty soon if it werent for you ic he runs down the street after saying good bye to his parents and stops at one house and knocks on the door over and over Ryu - HELLOO!?!?! IC She blinked, hearing someone banging on the door,s ticking the blue card into her pocket for later. She had a play D-3 too. It was in her bedroom upstairs, next to her hamster's cage. The cage had a sign on it that said "Hamstermon" and listed all of Hamstermon's different attacks, such as Sonic Shreik, stuff she'd made up. She answered the door, looking exasperated, a fifteen year old girl with her glasses on crooked and half her hair standing up. It was Saturday morning; she'd only gotten up for Digimon.... Wearing long pajama pants with the words 'Either use smaller words or let me sleep' all over them and a smily-face shirt. "Yeah, I got the cards. I'm not that good, though, so go easy on me." She grinned at him, tilting her head. Then she blinked and pulled the blue card from her pocket. "hey, you ever seen one of these before? "THey make fun of Davis too much. And Tai. They made fun of Tai too.." She trailed off, then laughed. Pushing at the side of hair that was standing up tot ry and make it come back down. "Hey! I'm sorry, come on in. I.. jsut got kind of zoned there, I guess. Come in. Gimmee a sec and we can play. Gotta brush my hair." She wasn't like most girls she didn't take an hour and tne minute sto get make-up and stuff on. In less than five minutes she was dresse,d her blond-red hair was bakc to its short, spiky-ish usual 'do, and she'd changed her shirt to a small blakc one that fitted her like a glove, and worn with ehr pajama pants actually made her look rpettyy good. For her anyway. "So, you wanna do it here, or at the arcade?" She found her card reader, buried under a pile of books, and slid the blue car dinto it. As it started to rea,d sparks flew everywhere,and she made a soft noise, shock widening her eyes, the card reader falling to the ground,s till speaking. "Oh my god!" In the background, Davis-in-the-TV laughs an incredibly stupid laugh. Ryu- gabumon is cool pulls out a Veemon and the game begins eventually he looses and gives her a modifiy card and a digivolve card for some one who doesnt play to often. I just love digimno so much, my grandma is always tellin me how my great great grandfather might have known somthing about it. Everytime i start hearing stories like that about the possibility of digimon existing it excites me so much that i get tingly all over I even dream about them.
