If one end doesn't fulfill their end of the swap, it is referred to my bad traders list. (this would be after a short process to attempt to resolve any differences) My traders feedback rating system can be viewed on the main page. I have been trading a long time and haven't had many troubles. If you are new to trading, you can simply tell the person you are trading with that you are new. They will proceed to try to help you out with whatever questions you may have. It's always helpful to state an agreed upon date to send each others trades, so each knows when it can be expected. If you have any specific question, please feel free to ask. On a sidenote, some people swap via pay pal handling fee and some trade for stamps or coupons etc via regular postal mail. Hope this helps.
