Part Four: Charm a mob turn-in, I had to be 51 before the quest npc would even talk to me. Seems though that you have to be >51 to charm these mobs because at 51 charm is not hitting.

and naw...none of them can be MQ'd... only part that can be is the White paper part...cuz the others require the no drop pieces to be combined with other no drops

Prince in Chardok - raid
Jaxion in CoM - 2 groups
WoS in PoF - raid (+ some scouting)
Ghost in Hole - 2 groups
vampires in PoH - group if camping entrance or small raid if going after minis (+ lots of luck and patience)

We can do a chardok raid for prince head anytime..
