He and Fefe are both Beaters, and in Slytherin...I would think they know each other pretty well...and Lance definitly needs more friends. He could look up to Fefe, in a way. Sound good?

Well, Romeo is a year older than Fefe, and in Gryffindor as well, but I think they could have a productive friendship. As hyperactive and outgoing as Romeo is, he and Fefe should get along just fine, and since he has several other fifth year acquaintances/friends, they might have other mutual friends among them. Perhaps an on-off friendship centered around meetings at social events, etc. ? Everyong needs party friends... xDD
