June 1st - June 19th
It's almost summer! The last few weeks of school have come, and students will need to study hard for their final exams! Don't let up yet, or your grades won't be what you want them to. Of course, the weather is almost perfect and pristine, in attempts to lure students away from their studies.
Fifth years, Wednesday, November 19th,
In the front of the class room, Andre stood writing on the board. His hand flew across the surface, making lines where it passed. His expression was completely focused, paying attention only to the things he was writing on the board. The clock ticked behind him, and the sound, along with the noise of chalk on chalkboard, echoed through the room. It was a little bit before his class was to start, and in the next few minutes students would come in.
Watching for the expected arrivals was a great Snowy Owl. Almost everywhere Andre was seen, so was Snow Storm. Some people had said that the owl was the other half of his brain, the one that recognized real life. To Andre, she was just a great friend. She helped him with everything, and yet she could leave whenever she wanted. Snow Storm loved Andre and that was the entire reason she hung around. Andre had always been kind, and had helped raise her from an owlet. She knew she was safe near him, and that kept her close. But right now, her sharp yellow gaze flodded the room.
Students entered, and nodded to the owl. These were the OWL level students, they as well as the ones older than they, knew Snow Storm was like the assistant teacher. Snow Storm waited for all the students to enter before rousing Andre. He was startled for a moment, before looking around the room to see the students. He looked back at the board to see the TV model finished. He looked back at the students and smiled. "I see everyone's survived another day! Greetings. I have your essays on the importance of media for muggles to give back. I really wish some of you would write me facts, not theories." He went over to his desk and smiled. "However, let us get on with the lesson of today. Televison. Anyone remember something about TVs?" He smiled and looked for any voulenteers.
