GIF Animation Crisis!!

I need help. I have 3 images ready to be put into a GIF animation thing, like Alena's display picture on her sidebar. All 3 have the same dimensions, but I just can't figure out how to work my ImageReady to make it like a slide show. It won't listen to me!!

If I put the images here, will someone be able to put them together for me? I'd be in your debt big time, and I'd be insanely happy.
