Becky should be headgirl because even though she is a troublemaker she is a responsible person. If she became headgirl she would certainly not be rude to someone who was breaking the rules and would be fair when enforcing the rules.
Wendy is a polite responsible young lady. She knows Hogwarts rule and almost never breaks them. Her grades aren't great but they are above advarage. Wendy would definaltly be a good choice for headgirl.

Nancy Gregory doesn't get the best grades in the world but she does try hard in her classes. If Nancy was headgirl she would definaltly work hard to furfill her duties as headgirl. She also knows the rules at Hogwarts unlike some of the students.
Julie Gregory is a seventh year next year who is a responsible young woman who knows the rules at Hogwarts. She only has average grades but she is a natural born leader who is friendly most of the time. It's clear Julie Gregory would make a excellent head girl.
Julie is an overall good girl who makes good grades and knows how to stay out of touble. She is a prefect and already knows the responibility needed for a leadership role such as head girl. She knows all the rules and will enforce them when she has too. Julie knows how to have a good time, but she also knows that rules are there for a reason and need to be used.
