Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

While I also hate horses (they suck; we should all ride genetically mutated giant chickens that are spray-painted yellow) I have to say that it isn't much to get worked up about. The headlines come in in the order that they get the stories from their reporters. If the reporter covering the horse story turns his story in before the guy covering the deaths, then of course it'll be put up first. It's no big deal.

It just pisses me off. When the horse broke its leg, the story meritted local, national, international, and ESPN news that the owner was performing elective surgery, that was prolonging the horse's life, and making it suffer. Which, incidently, I don't care about nearly as much as the people fawning over a horse when so many more meaningful things are happening. In the article about the suicide bombing in Isreal, it reads that it was the first in 9 months. That's incredible news, considering it couldn't go more than 9 days without a suicide bomber a year ago, which means some manner of prgress is being made. I just think that story should be the highlight of the front page <.<

That's called the news. They tell you what will get your attention, then you buy the paper and turn to read the article and see that it was about a horse.
