Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be. Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..

Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

All I want is for people to give their best memories of Hawthorne, whether it be funny moments in chats or her dedication, anything that shows her personality. I will then compile all thoughts into one large post (completely unedited, don't worry) and add it to the Hall of Fame as a reply.

It's difficult to recall specific instances in the MHS chat room, so much worth mentioning happens in there it all sort of runs together into one helluva good time. I do remember Hawty being in a binding contract not allowing her wearing pants at any time in the chat room, which made for a lot of raping poor Kobits. No matter the nature of the conversation, you could be assured that if she was involved, it would become one of the funniest conversations you'd have that day. Viva la Coolie!

The way she'd always make us laugh in chat, whether by attacking kobi or just by telling us some new idea or story she had. the way she'd always talk about baking, and how she made cookies shaped like my character the way she would be so creative in posts, and how we'd disscuse them afterwords, usually ending in a big bitch about someone or another. the way she was so supportive of everyone's ideas... and me the way she and I would plan story lines, ready to get our characters into the most impossible situations the way her imaginiation seemed to run wild, she was so creative the way i knew i could depend on her, to post yes, but to understand me. and the way she trusted me too. the way that she could, just by logging in, make me feel better.

I know that this isn't really for me, since I got to go to the funeral and do my grieving there, but I felt like I should say something. I didn't know many of you, I only joined because Hawthorne made me. She liked you all so much, that I had to sign up so that her conversations, which didn't involve much else besides the lot of you, would make sense. If she wasn't online she was talking about you all. I was even a little jealous of a few of you, who hadn't known her very long, but had seemed to cut out a little piece of her heart. Hawthorne was an extremist, she loved hard, she played hard, and she could do both of those things here amongst you. I remember the way her eyes would light up as she described a pantsless afternoon in chat, or a late night gossip with her online BFF from Australia. Hawthorne used her online world as an escape, a fantasy so much more poignant than her reality. She had always been a rather quiet, shy and reserved girl in real life, it was only with the relative anonymity of the internet that she was able to blossom fully. I know that she would want you all to know how much you added to her life. You made her world a better place, a happier place. In the 15 years I had known her, the months she spent on here were some of the brightest for her. She had a spring in her step, a sparkle in her eye, that I hadn't seen for awhile. For Hatchan And the brief summation of all my feelings. It feels like she'll come back at any moment too...it's so weird, so sad. I'll miss her and take comfort that she's happy wherever she is.
