the buff icon for incite goes directly to your disc window which is itself another buff slot. unless you have a disc up as the warrior casts on you, you won't be able to use any discs for a minute. incite's recast time is 30 seconds, too, so with good timing he can chain cast the ability. the spell is also unresistable, so don't even think about loading up on resist gear.

well, now rogues are officially at the bottom of the PvP chain
If you, as a player, are significantly better at dueling then your oponent, or if you have much better gear then you can always win. But overall we are near the bottom in terms of raw power.

Ok, addressing this whole mess one point at a time.
#1, This is on test. If you feel it is unbalanced or in error, /bug it. That is what the test server is for.
The rest of you (except for Pokein and Bombir) make me sick. We are rogues. This is a rogue board. Have pride in your class. Saying we are the bottom of PvP is a joke. Perhaps you are a poor duelist, but I know at least three rogues who feel our class can more then hold it's own in a duel.
