Islamic Paths ezOP Posts: 32 (8/12/01 7:04 am) Reply	Is it not Reversion Unto Him? One of the Hadith tells us that we are all born Muslim. He tells us, "There is none born but is created to his true nature (Islam). It is his parents who make him a Jew or a Christian or a Magian quite as beasts produce their young with their limbs perfect." Therefore, I have always referred to my 'conversion' as my 'reversion' to Islam; my returning to my true self. It is also, therefore, a blessing from Allah that we, as reverts, rediscover our true roots and are invited back to the true spirit of Islam. I have often wondered, since my reversion to Islam, what is the fate of my parents? Since they were responsible for changing me from Islam to Christianity are they held in contempt by Allah? What of their parents and their parents before them that perpetuated the Christian doctrine? Who is ultimately held accountable?
