We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Isamu's New Job(open to all)
Isamu wanted to kick himself in the ass as he strolled the mall, patroling. It gave him shivers to know that he had to be.... a rent-a-cop. The security guards he loved to make fun of so much, he was know one. He was glad Yoko wasn't around to witness this or she would be having a blast.
He was wearing the standard blue security guard uniform with the hat to match. Despite what they told him, he kept his hair down. There was NO way they were going to get him to put his hair up.
As he strolled around the mal, he swirled his baton and occasionally gave an "all clear" in his walkie-talkie. This had to be the most boring job in the world. Of course he'd get the occasional female shopper to talk to, but other than that....Isamu hated it!

'Why, of all people!' Isamu winced when her voice came into his ears. Isamu knew it was over, thats the way it was in this school. One person appeared then the rest popped. Turning quickly on his heel he gave her his "trademark" smile and laughed.
"Why, do you want it to be?" He said laughing hard this time. "What's with the rent-a-cop outfit? Isn't halloween about 6 month's away?" She wanted to play games, but Isamu was the master at that, especially comebacks.
"Ya, I thought I'd get a headstart! Ya know, you can never be to early for halloween!" It was then that he noticed she seemed to be scanning him.
"Like a man in uniform I see!" He said, laughing yet again, they were both enjoying this. His laughing increased to the point where he fell over backwards and was holding his stomach.
"Hate to tell you Isamu, but YMCA called and they want their costume back" Isamu couldn't control his laughter, it was all too funny. After calming down a little he stood up and brushed himself off. "Good one! Yeah, I've been meaning to return it to them. Tell them I need more time!"
He was snickering when a voice crackled through his walkie-talkie. "Isamu, why haven't reported yet? God I hate this fucking newbies!" Isamu simply rolled his eyes at the voice. Sacarstically and almost monotonic he reported.
"It's the same as it was when I reported to you 10 minutes ago sir, all clear!"
"Don't get an attitude with me you fucking newbie, I'll fire your ass in a heartbeat!" Isamu knew he was bullshitting, hardly anyone was willing to work this job and now he realized why....It sucked.
"Whatever sir!" With that Isamu returned the walkie-talkie to is place. He looked at Dango, she was really cute, carrying all those shopping bags....hopefully she wasn't the type that ran men broke.
"Whats with all the bags Du- I mean Dango!" A smirk grew across his face.

Amber stepped out of a fabrics store, a shopping bag in each hand and a satisfied smile on her face. She had finally found the perfect fabric, one that would be created into her own uniform for a pending job at a local gothic café. Her mother knew the owners (odd, she conveniently knew a lot of people) so there was a great chance to get the job. Now heading towards the bookstore, she anticipated the arrival of her special order: the next volume of the Gothic and Lolita Bible.
Despite what feels to be such a good day, her wings ached. In public, she would force herself to keep her wings still, creating the illusion of mere decoration attached to her back. Wearing a soft, ruffled white shirt with a black flower attached at the collar, black gathered skirt, black thigh stocking and mary-jane heels; her wings became an accent to the goth-loli style (however painful it was).
She almost passed two familiar faces, but her eyes were as sharp as they were dark. One was the onyx-haired girl Dango and the other was the young man she had seen the day Dango had arrived. A name never came up in her mind however and her curiosity was piqued. Amber took a breath to hide the pain growing in the base of her wings and walked over towards them.
“Afternoon...” she said, bowing her head to both of them in greeting.

Dango raised one slender finger, pointing in the direction of one single extremely overweight policeman with a doughnut in his mouth. The man glanced over at Dango, letting out a big hearty laugh as he waved at her.
"Good old Timmy, friends with my father. On christmas he plays Santa Claus"
"Good one! Yeah, I've been meaning to return it to them. Tell them I need more time!"
"Oh? Well I will be sure to let them know next time."
Dango listened to the conversation between Isamu and his supervisor, a scowl forming on her face.
"Why would you put up with that? I would be telling the guy to take the job and shove it up his ass"
"Whats with all the bags Du- I mean Dango!"
Her eyes narrowed, knowing what he was about to call her.
She hated that name.
"Just clothes. I figured if I'm going to stay in that school I might as well have something else to wear besides leather"
Ruffling through the bag she pulled out a slender black dress with a smile.
"I plan on wearing this if the school decides to ever have a dance. People are going to think I'm some emo kid with how much black I wear"
“Afternoon...”
Dango glanced towards the girl, recongizing her from school.
"Aw! Where do you shop? Your clothes are so cute! Scratch that, I want to take you home and put you on my dresser! Isn't she just the sweetest little lolita you have ever seen Isamu?"
Dango wanted to hug the girl, but decided against it. Sure, it was a different reaction then from when they last met - but today, Dango was in a much better mood.
"What was your name anyway? I'm kinda bored and rent a cop over here will be on duty for awhile. I'll take you for some frozen yogurt - my treat"

When Dango pointed, Isamu couldn't help but laugh. He knew she had to be kidding, but he played along anyways.
"Santa Claus eh? How I about I play Santa Claus this year and I'll tell you if you've been naughty or nice?" Isamu said, giving her a playful wink. As he thought about it more, he'd actually enjoy being "naughty" like that. As he shook his head he thought 'Stop that, she's gonna think you're a weirdo!'

"Meh, he'll apologize like crazy if I even threaten to quit. Nobody seriously wants this job, thats why I took it. Easy job, easy pay, no competition!" He laughed a little, he was about to show dango what he meant.
"Hehe, watch this!" He said, pulling out his walkie talkie. "Hey, I'm thinking of quitting, I really didn't like how rude you got with me so I think I'll become an employee somewhere else!"
He smiled as they waited, any second now the asshole would be begging for him to stay. As Isamu pointed to the walkie talkie, it was like the boss spoke on cue.
"No, no, no! I'm sorry pal! You know i was just kidding!!! Look, if you stay I'll let you take the rest of the day of in a few minutes! Finish making your rounds and then return to HQ!"
Before he spoke, Isamu pointed to the reciever and laughed, he showed that he had more control than the boss.
"I guuuuuess!"
"Alright, see you in a little bit buddy!" With that the pathetic voice was gone and Isamu was laughin hard.
Isamu then listened to her speak, it was soothing. His eyes widened as he imagined her in the dress she had pulled out.

"Well, if we ever have a dance can I be the one to take you? Emo? Nah! You can't be emo, maybe a secret agent with all that black, but not emo*he has no idea she is one*....emo kids all are like...*he makes a face that has absolutely no expression in it, almost as if he is dead, his tone is low and monotonic too*.. The world hates me and I hate it back, I like to dress like the opposite sex and stuff!" With that he switched backed to his usual behavior, laughing once again.
“Afternoon...”
Isamu's head snapped in the direction as the voice made it's way into his ears. He blushed from embarrassment from his bizarre behavior, hopefully th stranger hadn't seen and think he was some weirdo skitzo.
"Aw! Where do you shop? Your clothes are so cute! Scratch that, I want to take you home and put you on my dresser! Isn't she just the sweetest little lolita you have ever seen Isamu?"
Isamu just stared at Dango, he hadn't seen her act like that....at all! It kind of creeped him out, but he wasn;t going too be rude and not say anything. THe girl was cute but he couldn't say that because that would screw things up with Dango.
"Uh, sure!" Was all that made its way out of his lips.

"I'm Amber...I remember that you're Dango." But she will not mention the English Translation, surely that would appear with an asterik in her manga styled thought balloons...
Interesting reactions from both of them. The doll-like and winged girl bowed her head and her cheeks rosey with slight embaressment to Dango's reaction. She wasn't used to being called cute no matter how many times she heard the compliment. The girl named Dango seemed a lot less scary than she had been when Amber observed her on the day of her arrival.
The young man in uniform (boyfriend maybe?) seemed to just agree. Maybe she didn't see the moment of speaking to himself...or probably ignored it for the better. An internal sigh of relief and Amber seemed to brighten up just a pinch at the idea of frozen yogurt.
"All right...I do like frozen yogurt. Will he get his share later?"

The next few things were sort of a blur for Isamu. Not because he was spacing out, but he was thinking of how to ask this. There were so many ways to do it yet he could only do it one. He wanted to ask her to the fair that was going on in a lower level.
There were all sorts of games and such, it was the customer appreciation fair. He was going to ask her to come in the morning but that incident had happened, her needing to leave is what brought it back to his memory. Isamu knew the fair would be the perfect place to make up for what had happened at breakfast earlier.
When Dango had mentioned having to go thats when i blurted out of his mouth, for some odd reaso she had that effect on him.
"Wait! Don't leave! I wanted to know if you would go to the fair with me downstairs?" He blushed slightly, he didnt want it to come out like that but thats how it came out. No changing it now.
*sweatdrop*
'Smooth one!!!!'
'Shut up, its not funny!'
"They are having a customer appreciation fair downsatirs, discounts for certain stores and games and food and other stuff! Your friend can come too if she wants!" He was rubbing the back of his head, a nervous tendency he had. He was very embarrased and the awkardness was broken by the voice on his walkie-talkie.
"All right buddy, time to clock out. I'll give you your pay for so far when you get changed!"
"All right I'll be there soon!"
He pleaded to the girls to stay there as he ran off. Within a few minutes he was back in that very spot, normally dressed, a weeks pay in his pocket, and punishment attached to his back.

But still - Dango found herself waiting there as Isamu left. Why hadn't she just left yet like she planned?
"Well Amber, what do you think? I can spare about 20 minutes, if you can"

A blush crossed Amber's face again and her fingers touched her lips. "Ah, no not at all" she wanted to say but she wasn't able to say much to it. In the exchange that she quietly observed, the uniformed young man had mentioned a customer appeciation fair. Ah, now it made sense! She had remembered seeing the commotion when she had been heading to Michael's.
"He's excitable isn't he?" Amber commented, using the only word she could think of at that second. He had dashed off and would return in a heartbeat. The winged girl mused over the context of his words and then a worried thought crossed her mind.
I wonder if I'm intruding...
"Well Amber, what do you think? I can spare about 20 minutes, if you can."
"I have some time to spare before I head back to the dorms. I only came here to pick up a book and fabric. A custom uniform for a job...hopefully."
As Isamu had made his way towards them, he heard the small conversation they had. Was it that much of a bother to her? He understood she had things to dom but being off campus was so much fun.
"Well, if you have better things to do it's alright if you leave. I'll understand." Should she leave, he would feel disappointed, but he would understand. Suddenly a loud growl was heard from his stomach and the pale skin on his face soon matched his hair.
"But, if you are staying lets get somethin' to eat!" He added, letting out his usual hyper laugh as he held his stomach.

Isamu thought if the different booths and such that he had seen as he entered, he remembered one he promised he'd return to after work. As he took a victory like stance he pointed over the railing to the specific booth.
"To the burgers!" He shouted as he grabbed hold of Dango's hand and started running down stairs and such to the booth. He had motioned for the girl to come as well, but wasn't sure if she would.
As he ran he looked over at Dango and gave his usual goofy smile. "Can I ask you somethin'?" He asked as he focused fowards on thier path. "What are things that you like to do?" Isamu so this day as the perfect day to get to know Dango a least a little bit better.
Dango's voice caught in her throat as Isamu's hand wrapped around her's and pulled her towards one of the booths. She wasn't use to anybody grabbing her or pulling her anywhere - had it of been anyone else she probably would of yanked her hand away.
Maybe Dango was just a bit too uptight for her own good -
"Can I ask you somethin'?"
Dango sat down across from him, looking over her shoulder to see if Amber was coming or not.
"Aren't you going to anyways?"
"What are things that you like to do?"
Dango's chestnut hues widened as she turned around slowly to face him. Nobody had actually asked her that in the while. Why did Isamu remind her so much of Saku?
"I don't know. I guess I like shopping, glow in the dark lazer shooting - stuff like that. What about you?"

"NO WAY! You like lazer tag? Ya know there is a place here that has it, we should go there sometime!" Isamu was all smiles, he had totally forgotten about food. What kind of stuff did he like to do? That was a grand list that he didn't want to bore Dango to death with.
"The stuff I like to do? The usual ya know! Hang out, drive around, train...the usual stuff!" He smiled at her once again, she was turning out to be just an ordinary average girl. Isamu sort of liked that, he wanted ot know more baout her though.
"So you like to shop eh? Where at?" He asked her, focusing on her chestnut hues. He felt relaxed, something about her made him feel comfortable.
'Wow! You really do like her bro!'
'Shut it!'
'Whaaat? I just never thought you would actually find a girl thout would break your 16 year single streak'
'I said shut it!'
'Fine, fine...'
The conversation in his head with an unknown person seemed like it took a while, when i reality it was only a few moments. Isamu wanted to get his mind of it so he he looked around for the winged girl he spoke to Dango.
"So what do you want to do first?"

Leaning back against the booth, Dango looked up towards the upper level and tucked her hands behind her head.

Concentrating on her cup of frozen yogurt, she had not realized Dango and Isamu had dashed off to the burgers. The winged girl was lost in her own thoughts, trying to conjure up dress patterns that would be comfortable for the new job.
I hope I can even get the job...even being hostess...
Breaking her thoughts was a heavy feeling in her wings, the feeling of being watched from far away. Behind her? A glance over her shoulder revealed no one she should worry about; people of all kinds come to this mall. Where her wing and her back connected, there was a prickly sensation. No, her wings had been quite still for a while, playing the part of a fashion accessory.
That's all...they're just aching. maybe I can move them a little.
People don't pay attention to everything around them, she would have to use that to her advantage. One slow, gentle flap and then another. The numbness lifted, but it would only be a while. She lifted her head up, now realizing that Dango and Isamu had left somwehere.
"Hm..." She looked down at her frozen yogurt again, stirring it with her spoon before taking the final bites.
I should head home...I feel like I'm being intrusive...
And the feeling on her back had not entirely left yet...

Isamu stood up suddenly and somewhat angered, no guys would be staring at her. Sure she wasn't his girl, but one it was rude and two he hoped that one day she would be.
He searched around the area looking for who was staring at her, where they up high or down low? His searching suceeded
"No guys are going to be staring at MY girl!" As he said that his nerves tensed up completely and he blushed slight. 'Shit think of something FAST!'
"hehe- I didn't mean it like that, but just give me one moment!"
After that Isamu could be seen climbing onto their level's railing and then leaping to the next level. As he landed he walked right up to the punks.
"Do you boys have a staring problem or do you just have nothing better to do than stare a girls you can't have." There was cockiness in his voice and he smirked at them. He was itching for combat and this was the perfect opportunity to prove to Dango he would do anything for her.

Dango motioned towards the three boys, cocky basterds that they were. The kind that crowded a girl into a corner to get a cheap feel - and they weren't taking their eyes off of her.

Dango quirked her eyebrow as she glanced at Isamu.
"Your girl?"
"hehe- I didn't mean it like that, but just give me one moment!"
"Of course you didn't - "
Dango watched him, her eyes following his figure as he climbed up the stair railing towards the boys. She stood up to get a better look.
"What is that guy doing now?"
She couldn't hear the conversation, not clearly enough to actually understand what was being said. All she noticed was that the guys looked pissed -
~~ "Do you boys have a staring problem or do you just have nothing better to do than stare a girls you can't have."
"Heh, whatever buddy. I don't see a ring on her finger or on yours"
The boy that spoke was lean, with blond hair chopped short against his pale face. The other two - one more muscle set with dark brown hair, the other shorter with curly orange hair - just chuckled.
"We have been watching you two since she got here. Seems you don't stand a chance, buddy. At least we have the guts to look"
The dark brown haired guy was snarky, obviously, still leaning over the railing staring at Dango.
"What I wouldn't give just for a night with that one. She's probably really fiesty in the bedroom"
"Heh. Her type usually are"
The dark brown haired one got right in Isamu's face -

Isamu was laughing so hard at him that his laugh could probably be heard through the mall. He HAD to be kidding, those goons against him? The goons from the corporation had more strength in their pinky fingers. If they goons from the corporation were a little below Isamu's level, the idiots were wayyyy lower.
