JAG
Okay we all know that Harm is flying planes for the CIA. Well, last night he got his first job.He is to fly a plane with Captain O'Neal(I have no idea who she is, however there is no chance for a romatic relationship ) he is to pick up a plane, can't remember what it is called, it has a car on it that is identical to the one of a man that they are trying to take down. I think he sells drugs, he is to drop the car for a group of ground agents to pick up.
Things don't go so well. The ground agents are killed and Harm is forced to land the plane(he is in major trouble for this) and deliever the car for the switch.
Back home Bud and Mac are reviewing some of Harms files. I think they are looking at possible canadits to work at JAG but I'm not sure.
I can't think of anything else right now. I am typing this at work during a break. If I think of anything else I will post it. If you have any questions just leave them here and I will try to answer them.

He resigned because The Admireal wouldn't let him leave to go find Mac. So he resigned with the intent on coming back to JAG. However, the admireal pushed the papers through and Harm came back to find out that he really has no job at JAG so know he works for the CIA.

Okay I am doing this completly by memory because my friend borrowed the tape and her VCR ate it. I was real impressed.
Mac is defending a man who during a time of war would not kill a child, even though his commanding officer told him to disregard the rules of war( I think that was the phrasing).
Harm is flying a plane at Mock(sp)6. Apparently it is a big deal. I can't remember what country they are flying over but he and his other patner are doing this to take pictures to see what if any weapons they have.
I hope that helps. I can't remember anymore, but I do have a friend that is sending me his copy so if I think of anymor info or if you have any questions post them and I will try to anwser them.

Harm and his partner O’Neil are to go a pick up a man that is in trouble from his country. The are flying a C-130. Things don’t go exactly as planned. When they go to pick up the
man he asks if they can also take his family. Harm says “No.” Just you, that all changes when some members of the army come and start shooting.
Now the story gets real interesting. Everything that can go wrong with a plane does. The engines start to shut down. Harm decides that they need to land and soon. They contact
a an aircraft carrier and ask for permission to land. The skipper says no Harm explains that he has women and children on board and they are not jump certified, in the end the skipper okays the landing. On the carrier, the skipper is havine all planes on deck that are ready to go be moved to make room for the C-130. The plane is twenty minutes from
landing when O’Neil realizes that the landing gear on the plane is not working. Harm states that she will just have to put the breaks on once the land on the carrier. They land with the nose of the plane over the edge of the carrier. There is a TV crew on the carrier, some people didn’t look happy.
At JAG headquarters:
Mac and Turner are given a case where a member of the Navy tortures some of his own people. They don’t really focus on this story to much. However, Mac’s client decides to
go for the death penalty.

Mac and Turner are involved in a trial in which a lawyer in the army isn’t really a lawyer. She never took the bar exam. Mac needs to talk to Harm because he was defence(I think) for some of her trails.
Thanks to the TV crew being aboard the carrier when Harm made that dangerous landing and having his picture all over the TV, Harm is fired from the CIA because he is(was) an undercover agent and with everyone knowing he is an agent his cover is blown. He decided to take up flying again. He goes to work as a crop duster for a girl (she can't be any older that 15).
Mac goes to talk to Harm and tells him about the fake lawyer, she also tells him that she needs him to testify. He agrees, but before Mac can say anything the woman that Harm married last season shows up. Mac leaves. Harm learns that the girl is pregnant and that her mother is not dying.
The admiral goes to talk to Harm and tells him basically that if he wants to come back to JAG he can. Harm goes to tell the girl that he is going back to JAG and fines out that her mom is dead and she has no idea where her dad is and doesn't care. Harm states that he will be by to see her everyday until he can go to court and become her legal guardian.

Harm is BACK! At JAG that is. Everyone is really busy trying to clean up the mess that Imes(the fake lawyer)made with her cases. Everyone is giving more to Harm and he has enough going on. He is trying to find a lawyer to take on man who robbed someone to pay for his prescriptions.
Not much happened really. Harm being back was the big story. If I can think of more I will let you know.

I ment to have the recap up on Saturday, but real life caught up with me and bit me in the ass. I jus t know got to watch the tape.
Harm and Mac are up against eachother in a trail about a pilot who took it upon himself to end a standoff by firing his machine gun from his helicopter. He killed a man and wounded another. During her research Mac finds out that this is not the first time the pilot has done this. She also learns that he is writting a book about some of his missions.
Still not sure what Sturgis' problem is, I'm not sure he even knows what his problem is. I think it has something to do with faith.
That is all I can think of right now. I am truly sorry this is so late and I swear that I will try to have it up on Saturday, Sunday at the latest.

Sorry this is late, still feeling a little under the weather.
Mac and Turner are involved in a trail where a marine stated that he killed someone in Iraq, which really isn't the problem. What is the problem is the fact that he told this to a reporter and she was going to do a story about it. From what I could gather he gave her to my information, and the fact that someone actually ended up dead with the same name that the soilder gave the reporter. During the trial the man stated that he gets tired of people asking him "the million dollar question" so he just makes something up and tells them that.
Harm and the Admiral are involved in a case that has to do with the Army/Navy baseball teams. The pitcher for the Navy team hit the batter from Army in the head. There really isn't much to tell about this one. To me it felt like they did this story just get make sure everyone was involved.

Okay, this episode was very confusing to me so I am just going to give you what I took from it. If and when I have more time to look the tape, I will come back and add it in.
Episode Airdate 12/02/03
Harm and Mac are involved in a case where a man from the navy was killed during a radar check. He was hit when the radar was turning. Mac wants to go for man slaugter.
The man that is on trial is covering up for a girl that he likes. She was in charge of the controls for the radar. Apparently she was having a bad day and wasn't paying attention. He takes the fall thinking that will make her like him and want to be with him, however Mac and Harm being the wonderful lawyers that they are figure this out.
Not much happened with the other characters.
There was one thing about tonight with Harm that really pissed me off. He kept bring up the fact that Mac is a recovering alchololic. He brought it up at the wrong moments and he really seemed to me like he was out to hurt her.
There in no episode on the 5th.

I ment to have this up over the weekend but things are very crazy here with the holiday's, birthday's, work, and volunteering, but better late than never I guess.
Harm and Mattie ( I think that is the girls name) are going to court so he can become her legal guardian. First Harm has to me with people to find out if he is fit to be a guardian, it seems to go okay, but Harm wants to make sure that there are no problems so he goes to Mac.
Mac is non to happy with the fact that Harm only comes to see her when he wants something. Harm tells her to forget it, it was a mistake to ask,the he says something about can't afford to have her screw it up or something like that (it wasn't nice).
You would think with Harm being Harm the judge would grant the petition right? Wrong, because there is a small problem, Mattie's real father is back and wants to rise his child. Mac shows up at court to testify on behalf of Harm and states that if she ever has children she would want a man like Harm to be the father.
In the end, or so we think, the judge places Mattie in foster care for four months until she can reach some kind of verdict, however, Mac talks to the father and the man decides that since he is a recovering alcoholic he might want to get his life in order and try to take care of himself for a while before he takes on another life as well.
Harm is at the Vietnam Memorial Wall tracing his dad's name when Mattie comes up and tells him the news that her dad backed off thanks to a talk from Mac, so he is now her guardian. Mac gets ready to leave, and Harm asks where she is going and she says "I have a date with Webb."

Episode airdate 01/09/04
Meridith hits her hand on her desk and the stone from her engagement ring falls out. A friend of her's, who is educated in diamonds takes a look at it and realizes that it may be fake. She takes it to AJ and wants to know if it was stolen. AJ does some looking around and finds out that it is part of something called "blood diamonds."
One of the men that Mac worked with when she was doing that favor for Webb gave her info on a man that was envolved in the selling of the diamonds. Apparently, they make them(I have no idea how or who, I was completly lost when they talked about it). The diamonds are then sold on the black market to third world countries.
The man stated that he stole one and when he didn't get caught he stole another two and so on.
I can't remember much more and I have to get ready for work, but if I think of anything else I will post it. As always, if you have any questions just ask.

Okay, I really meant to have this up sooner, but work and real life caught up with me.
I didn't get to see the episode on 1/16/04. Before the show was about to start, my power went out. Sorry . I do have a friend that is going to try and send me a copy.

Yes, I know I haven't been doing my job and I'm sorry, but real life just up and decided to rear it's ugly head and I kinda got side tracked.
Anyway here is the recaps from the 03/12/04 episode.
Harm, Mac, the Admiral, Bud, Harriet, Officer Coats, and Sturgis are all sitting in a Chinese restaurant, when I think it was the Admiral decides that they should read there fortune cookies, I can't remember what it said, I will post it later.
Harm goes first, and after reading the fortune we get this scene of him sitting in his office when Mac comes in with long hair and a yellow T-shirt on. She has some forms about leaving JAG and to ask him for a divorce.
Mac is apparently seeing someone else and they are going to be married. Harm doesn't want to give her the divorce, he tells her yes, they have problems but they can work them out.
Mac and the gentleman that she is seeing are to catch a train only she leaves her ticket in her coat pocket at Harriet's party. Harm sees the coat ands goes after her. Needless to say, in Harm's little dream, they don't get a divorce.
I was going to post what happened with everyone else, but I figured most people wanted just Harm and Mac info. If anyone would like to know how everyone else is involved in the story, just let me know and I would be happy to post it.

I was unable to record the eppy on 04/02. A friend of my however did. I will see if I can use his.
The eppy on 04/09 was a repeat of when Harm is fired from the CIA.
