June 1st - June 19th
It's almost summer! The last few weeks of school have come, and students will need to study hard for their final exams! Don't let up yet, or your grades won't be what you want them to. Of course, the weather is almost perfect and pristine, in attempts to lure students away from their studies.
Jade Howe
Well, since Meghan's currently out of commission, I decided to break out a new charrie.. *cracks knuckles*
Meet Jade Howe. She's a Fourth Year Gryffindor and Reserve Beater. She's loud, firey, and loves lame puns and practical jokes. Her other passion is arguing with people. I'm looking for friends and enemies-- with her personality she's bound to have plenty of both. A possible love interest might be fun, although it would be one of those ignorant love situations where she either doesn't realize or fully denies the fact-- the hair pulling, teasing sort of crush of elementary school. I'm also open to one sided crushes from others, as well as adoration and idolation from younger students.
Seriously, love her or hate her, Jade's the kind of person you just can't miss, so I'd love to work out some history or relationships with her. Any takers?
Well, she and Jordyn are bound to know each other, since they share a dorm and all. I think they'd be friends, too. *g*
EDIT: Forgot about my other charries, lol. Anyway, I can totally see Adrienne disliking her. True, Adrienne dislikes practically everyone, but Jade would be far too loud for Adrienne's taste. Sera would know her being a prefect, of course, but I don't think they would have much reason to know each other.

Ahh I love her! She's awesome. She reminds me a little bit of Alex, but seeing as they're a year apart and in different houses, I don't know how they would really know each other. Maybe at some point in time, we can just make a random thread with them bumping into each other or something.
Tucker's a Gryffindor Prefect, and probably has seen her getting herself into trouble a couple of times. But he would probably just let her off with a warning every single time, since by now he's probably acquired a certain fondness for her.
Breena's a Gryffindor too, but a first year. She usually admires older students, but I can see her kind of disliking Jade to some extent, seeing as she's loud and probably gets a lot of attention for being so, something that would make Breena a little bit jealous. But seeing as she IS a firstie, she would probably never in her wildest dreams mouth off to her unless Jade started something between them, which I don't really think she would waste her time picking on a first year.
Erm...yeah so for the rest of 'em, I don't really know how she would KNOW them, but they're open for random threadage at any time if you want!

Jordyn-- Oh yes, definantly friends! I can see them goofing off at the back of the class during History of Magic or something. I think a class thread would be a great way to interact and see how things pan out. Since Jordyn is a transfer we won't really have to develop much of a backstory-- just see how things work out.
Adrienne-- Oooh, I see definant butting of heads here, especially if Adrienne were to try to correct Jade about something. I can almost see a sort of Ron/Hermoine type of relationship-- well not the romance, obviously, but the way they always went at each other in the earlier books. While I wouldn't call Adrienne an enemy in the "I hope you get eaten by a Skrewt" sort of way, I can definantly see Jade aiming bludgers at her a bit more than necessary on the Quidditch Pitch.
Sera-- You left out the fact that Sera's a chaser So they're bound to know each other through Quidditch, even if Jade is just a reserve. Jade probably regards her somewhat warily, being a person of authority and all. So I'd say their relationship is half and half.
Alex-- Hmm, this is a tough one. Alex's non-girlylish, if that makes any sense, would appeal to Jade, but like you said, there's not really a way they would know each other. As you said, a "bumping into each other" thread may just be in order.
Tucker-- Hah, I can see Jade using Tucker, not in a bad way, more like "I'll let you in on this prank if you promise not to get me in trouble" sort of thing. I can picture them getting into heated arguments and then laughing it off after over a bottle of butterbeer or something
Breena-- I can see Jade going off on Breena for trying to fix her uniform-- Jade hates the uniform and wears it as sloppily as possible. This sounds like something we'll have to play out! I'm having this highly amusing image of them brawling in the commons..

Ooh yes, a brawl definitely. I can see Breena like. Leap onto Jade and try to take her down. She has to get air, you see, making up for how ickle and short she is.

Hmmm well I can see Jade and Mack working on both sides of the spectrum....either being really good friends or enemies....I can see more along the line of enemies, but either one works for me

Hmm.. I think Jade and Mack are going to have to be one of those things that we figure out as we go along. I can't really decide how they'll get along. Let's just mark Mack down as an acquaintance for now

Jade might be two years younger than Romeo, but I definitely see them being strong acquaintances, if not friends. Mo would obviously enjoy Jade's 'loudness' and rumbunctiousness, and would take great pains to encourage and egg her on in turn. They might manage to get into quite a bit of trouble together in the common room... Perhaps a sort of 'affectionate older brother' relationship exists between the two?

Ok Maire -- I think it would be a lot of fun to play them as friends bordering on best-friends sort of thing. They have a lot of common traits, but also a lot of things that put them at odds-- which could make for a really fun friendship.
Lance-- Jade's pretty strong on the Gryffindor/Slytherin rivalry, so I can't see them being friends, but he doesn't seem like someone she would actively hate. I'm not sure, their relationship seems like something that needs to be played by ear
Romeo--I'm always game for affectionate older brother-ness. Maybe it could even develop into something more-- I'd love for Jade to have a hopeless crush on an older boy without even realizing she has a crush-- she's still incredibly clueless when it comes to relationships. Either way, they definantly need to have some adventures. Let me know if you want to work things out.
Hmn...it sounds interesting, but it would definitely have to be a clueless thing. Mo is clueless enough as it is on his own. He'd never pick up on anything like that, although he would definitely, and shamelessly, encourage Jade's antics to the point that...yeah...something might develop. Mind you, he's still a sixth year, so I doubt he'd ever reciprocate... Unless he got sloshed or something xDD
