Appearence:
Juliane Dillard is a fairly attractive woman. She stands at 5 feet 3 inches and weighs in at only 113lbs. She has dark brown hair and brown eyes. She wears attire that usually shows that she is well educated and well travelled.

Personality:
She is a very friendly person in all outward appearences. Being easy to approach and easily one who approaches others. Though hidden is the fact that she preferes it that way as it allows her to care for her needs. Of all those needs is her serious hunger for blood.
Special Power: Juliane Dillard is a vampire.
Juliane uses some of her blood to power her abilities. In doing so it makes her need to feed. Her abilities are powered through the use of her blood in that way.
Vampiric blood: She can use her blood to temporarily increase her strength, dexterity and stamina. Aswell, she can heal a certain amount of injury through use of her blood. She also doesn't have to eat or breath if she doesn't wish to. Though breathing is necessary for speaking.
Confidence: Juliane Dillard may make another person whom she has made eye contact with feel comfortable, or confident in her presence. Even so much so to sometimes cause them to be sightly in awe of her.

Vampires speed: Juliane may move to extremely fast speeds. She moves so fast as to seem to nearly appear in a new position to those watching. This requires the expenditure of her blood to use this ability as it is not automatic.
Vampires Senses: Juliane has extremely powerful senses when she wishes to use them. She can simply look at something and see it, up to nearly ten miles away, for example. Trying to hide oneself in a disguise is probably very stupid in the presence of her. This ability is not automatic and requires the expenditure of blood.
History:
Juliane Dillard was born in Chicago, Illinois, March 23rd, 1946. Her childhood was one rife with struggle. She lost both her parents to a shooting from the mob during her 8th year as they were out for her birthday. She then moved in with her Aunt and Uncle who were abusive and cruel to her. Favoring their own children over her.
When she was 19 she moved away hoping to go to college in California as it was the only state she new that had an abundance of womens colleges. For her though, she never made it to California.
Halfway there on the bus, at a routine bus stop she was attacked by a vampire. This vampire fell for her innocent good looks, and instead of taking her life it decided to bring his secret to her by turning her from a life under the sun to one that resides under the moon, by making her a vampire.
