Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Appearance: Tall, about five foot nine. He looks alot older than he truely is. Kyo has short jet black hair. He has unusually bright green eyes, very different from others. He usualy wears a black form fitting shirt (kinda like underarmor) with a black duster that is similar to the one Blade wears in his movies, and also wears black pants. He is trim but very muscular. Just right for him. He has white fur circling his wrists and ankles, but you won't see it usless he is serious about a fight, in which case he will remove his duster and shoes. He has a special look, when not in battle or in the line of work, his face has no sign of seriousnes, yet when he is serious he has a very distinct look apon his face. He takes on the look of a completly different person. He wears a special golden ring around his neck, given to him by his mother before she died, and it is his most prized possession.
Personality: Kyo spends most of his time wandering around and daydreaming.He usually travels with Hono his best friend, a wolf with red and white fur that he found when it was just a cub. He usually watches people from afar or he'll walk around to try and spot a house to steal from. He plans his attempts well, because he's usually succsessful. He has always been a bit of a "wolf" and flirts with girls constantly. He thinks of it as a sport sometimes. He is a very competitive at games and loves younger kids, but is very arrogant and cocky at times. When it comes to fighting, he uses his speed to his advantage. He likes to wear his opponent down. But when in a serious fight he is a completely different person. He puts his whole body on the line when it matters, but only fights if it's interesting. If he doesn't think its worth it he usually walks away, along with some of your valuables. ~_^
Special Power:
Wind Sense: Due to his wolf demon heritage, Kyo has a kind of sixth sense that allows him to ‘feel’ things from the wind, such as the likely chance of a storm or the feeling of violence or blood carried on the wind. This sense is always active, but vague, the hints carried by the wind tending to be less than clear more often than not. Kyo may get an idea that it’s going to rain ‘soon’, but not exactly when, or even where, though he’ll know it’ll be ‘nearby’. The same goes for sensing unnatural things such as violence, or the presence of demons. Kyo might get a feel off the wind that there’s ‘something bad’ nearby, but no real details.
Emotion Sense: This power is considered a family trait, as all three sibilings are said to have it. Similar to ESP, it allows him to track certain people through their emotions. It also gives him a psychic link to those who are feeling strong emotions or anyone he has physical contact with. His range is not very large (About a quarter mile or so, though unchecked for his close friends and family ). He is also constantly linked to those who share his bloodline. This means he knows what they are thinking, feeling, and may speak to them at anytime as long as they are within his range. The strongest mental path is shared by him and his sisters alone. Though this power is considered a gift by most, to Kyo it is a curse. Because the emotions he feels from others may sometimes overwhelm him, he runs the risk of losing himself within his own mind.
History: Kyo lived with his mother and two sisters. But one day, when he was still very young, his village was attacked by a group of Drows. His mother was killed and his older sister, with the power to control the stars energy, was taken by the Drows. His eldest sister, an elemental sorceress, disappeared and was thought dead. After seeing his mother murdered before his eyes, Kyo ran to the edge of the trees that surrounded his village. He was found in the forest with a small necklace around his neck with a golden ring on it. Beside him, a small little wolf-cub lay sleeping.
He was found by a very large man named Nezumi who took Kyo in. Though this man was very abusive, he kept Kyo for some odd reason. The man would come home from a hard day, smelling of cheap alcohol and smoke, and just beat Kyo to a bloody pulp, but remarkably Kyo was never scarred.
Hono, Kyo's wolf, tried his best to protect him, but it didn't help much. Hono would be beaten too. Kyo never fought back either. They spent 10 years with Nezumi. To take his mind off the pain, Kyo would spend hours in the forest racing Hono. They would run for miles and miles. He also would steal money from people to buy food for him because Nezumi never fed him. Kyo would use his skills of thievery as a profession. They would travel from village to village and steal from whom ever they wished. Kyo made a decent living from that. He also would try to flirt with all the girls in town just for fun. Most of them rejected him, but he loved the challenge anyway. And for some odd reason he gained a nickname, The Young Flame.
When he was fifteen, Kyo finally thought he could move out of the village and be as far as he could away from his so called "father". That day was the last day Nezumi ever struck Kyo.
Nezumi struck Kyo hard enough that he fell limp, and unconscious. Hono began to bark, and now that he was strong enough he attacked Nezumi with dangerous fury and tore him to shreds. Blood was everywhere in the home.
When Kyo awoke, he found Hono there hiding in a corner whimpering in fear for what the young wolf had done. Kyo did not care. He called Hono over a petted him for awhile and stared at the mutilated body. He cleaned up the mess within a couple of hours and found he could walk away peacefully with a smile on his face. He was finally happy. They left the village and never returned. Its been a year since then, and by using the money he had accumulated during his earlier years of thievery he was able to come to MHS to find his sisters and restore the family that was lost to him long ago.
EXAMPLE ROLE-PLAYING POST:
A clear mist lifted from the water as it rushed down into the stream below. Kyo's throwing had tired his arm, and he was about to give up on this talent when it hit him. Not an epiphany or anything, he was literally struck by a returning stone he had thrown initially. That's when he saw it, an anomoly only a place like this could produce.
The pull of the water down to the ground created some sort of a distortion, allowing the air to thin near the top of the cliff, and thicken toward the middle, and thin once more at the bottom. These pockets created a lifting effect, and the falling of the water caused a projectile effect that was sending the stones off their course, and in the latest instance, right back at him.
Readying his next toss, he spun the flat stone in his palm. Staring at his target in the wall behind the rushing water, Kyo fired it like a frisby. Eyes less in tune than his own wouldn't have noticed this accomplishment, but he smiled widely with satisfaction. Behind the falling water, a single stone no bigger than a fifty cent piece was lodged into the rock, a symbol of his accomplishment.
Twisting on his heels, he felt slightly different than he had when he originally treked up the hill. Something was different, but it wasn't something he could pick out. Perhaps the wind was fading away, or the temperture fell slightly. Either way of it, he kept on his toes.

Alright, a couple things that you'll need to fix in this profile. First and foremost, and I can't remember if this is specifically written in the rules (if not, let me know so I can add it, it will have been an unwritten rule, sorry >_>), but your character cannot start in the 12th grade. Only students in 11th or under are accepted, so you'll want to push your character down at least a year.
Second, a mile is a kind of big distance for your character to feel other people's feelings. To start out, I would recommend toning this down to maybe 100 feet maximum, and make it so he can only tell when someone has a strong emotional reaction (as you didn't say how strong the emotions have to be for him to feel it). Maybe it would go unchecked for family members and with an upgrade it could go a farther distance with close friends, but for now the close friends being unchecked is a bit of a stretch.
Third, it will be alright if, with the wolf, you do not use him in RPs until you gain the amount of posts needed to gain a second character, since the wolf would technically count as one. If you planned on using the wolf right away, sorry, but it's really not going to happen. If you choose the former, I won't make you change that portion, but if I find out that you do use the wolf in your RPs, you'll be getting in a bit of trouble.
As one less thing, and the easiest, please bold your titles as well ^_^.
