Just picked my car up from a service at Cosmo to prepare it for a 6,000km trip up north (Sydney to Cairns and Back). There was a beautiful 1997 80 series Turbo Diesel Landcruiser sitting in the car yard. Bull Bar, new 35" Kuhmo MT's 4"suspension lift, rear wheel carrier, snorkel, driving lights, full length roof basket etc, etc....Only $37,000 and an offer to give me $10,000 for the Surf as trade in. I just couldn't resist and made the swap. I now have the Surf as a "loan Car" while the Cruiser gets a full check and service for teh trip up north. Hope the rest of you allow me to remain on as an ex-Surfer .........  cheers Frank R
