Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup 10-X
*********************************

Filling:

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
additional 10-X

Combine the first three ingredients; pat in an ungreased 8 inch
baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Meanwhile; beat eggs in mixer
bowl. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, lemon juice and peel; beat
until frothy. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until
golden brown. Cool--dust with 10-X.
