Low Attack, oh the pain
Hey everyone, need some help(yes, again ), I took the HP route(Dead rogue = no damage) but now that i'm doing more of raiding than XPing, it doesn't change much, and just realized how painfully low my attack is. Magelo is alittle off, its not to far under 1200, but still.. Anyway, I don't have much plat currently, but it shouldnt be a problem. Working on finishing the +2dmg aug for MDoD then working on Vengeance augs, but can anyone think of anything else that would help? I know Bloodmetal are a must, and getting them as soon as I get enough, but beyond that and maybe Goblin Idol of Rujark, I can't think of anything else. Any help would be highly appretiated

You said you are raiding more now, what are you raiding? If you are in ele planes then you can get many items with +atk, let us know what you are raidin currently and we can better help you decide what to dkp or ask for. there really isnt much you can buy with plat that has +atk on it, if you do a bazaar search for rogue with attack 5 or 6 things show up.

Close to EP, but there are aton(by that, I mean about.. 11) in EP on Cazic rightnow. Mostly late ssra/vt(when I get key)/PoP pre elemental, etc, but i'm only an app rightnow so not banking on loot soon =)

Re: Low Attack, oh the pain
Well, beyond raiding there are a number of purchasable +attack items these days. None are really that cheap though so expect to get most of your gains through raids or LDoN.
Off the top of my head:
Rangeslot : Stonewood or Goblin Idol
Waist: Turtle belt
Neck: Shell Inlaid Collar (go slaughtering in Natimbi or occasional bazaar loot)
Bracer: Soft Leather Bracer of Gore is not bad, quest parts are all droppable (and frequently sold on my server at least). Ornate is another option but generally overpriced imo.
Boots: Ornate, although typically stupid prices again.
That's all the droppable stuff that comes to mind and isn't stupidly expensive. In the end though, don't worry about too much. Attack is indeed our primary stat but there is no point is farming cash for weeks just to buy things you will replace when raiding. I already regret some of my sillier LDoN purchases myself.

Brittlebone Arms from Chardok B are a PITA to get, but very nice for droppable arms.

+1regen

Belt of the Dwarf Slayer
Magic, Lore, Nodrop
AC:20
Str: 15; Wis: 15, Int: 15
HP/Mana/Endurance: 100
+5 to resists
+10 atk +2 regen
Great belt pre-elemental; good still. Kill Dain IV; loot head, faction forever, hand to King Tormax in Kael once you are warmly"ish" (not going to argue about faction). Should be attainable if your guild does Ssra.

I consider the attempt to find KT up for more than ten minutes to be a big minus on the Dorf Belt. It might be a server-specific thing but for some reason he dies very quickly around The Nameless. Between the factioning and finding KT up I didn't bother to list it, although if you are into that sort of thing you might want to consider the Spirit Wracked Cords also.

First thing you need to do, leave TT!
molly was a good girl and she knew the reasons why
so when she went back in the bathroom she would never come
outside she was a good girl and it felt great to be a liar

I wouldn't worry about low ATK in your Magelo... but if it's that important to you, you'll boost it a lot quicker with STR augs/items than worn +ATK.

no worries
once you raid the EP a bit you will be fine. Your str/sta should max and even only rarely ayeing for loot I am close to attk cap. There are so many plus attk items...just train the rangers during loot call
