Mackay Gig
*Sings* Travel all over the country side.....ask Invertigo and the brothers! lol

My rendition of the Leyland brothers.....but that's what it started to feel like! All well worth it though. Glad to see the guys held up well with all the travel though. :) And of course it did not affect their brilliant performance.

This was a very early gig due to the state of origin being on. The guys were on about 6.30ish and I have to say Mackay was a very shy crowd indeed with no one coming up the front, except for myself, Mel, and Megs, and even though we felt a bit out there at the start, we eventually had a few people join us, and then a few more people came out to the dance floor, but still hung right back though.

Apart from the shy crowd and Christian getting some of the lyrics back to front in Mr Right (!?!?!) It was a great gig.

And after the show all four guys stayed around and had drinks and watched the state of origin and hung out with all the footy fans! Christian enjoyed the state of origin but us Melbournites, Gerry, Vince, James, Cam, Trev, Chops and myself do not understand what all the fuss is about! Watch some real footy! AFL ROCKS! lol.

It was a very good night and lots of fun. C'mon along and see a great show when the guys play in your area, and hang out with them afterwards.

Come and be invertigated,

Simone

Re: Mackay Gig
*agrees again with simmi's review*

After more wondeful renditions of various songs, including 'the rainbow connection' by Kermit the Frog, we rocked up in Mackay....

(I won't comment of the footy, since it will get me into more trouble than its worth...can't even remember who won!)

The gig rocked.... the crowd held back a little, but that didn't stop us girls from enjoying ourselves at the front!!

*hugs & happiness*
