Manacle Key(s)
Let's summarize what we already found :
..
a friend told me this quest starts with a NPC Frizzlle somethg, could not find it/him/her at all
we've got at least 10 keys
1st/ jagged Silvery key ; zone into riwwi from qinimi. (see below : Pelias'post) also (from Bude page :
50, -490 - Underwater there. Confirmed tonight by myself
-328, -735 - In the water in the fountain. Rumor is, you need to be gnome-size to loot it. Also confirmed.
-460, -280 - Ruined building. Not confirmed on exact spawn location, though I assume under the slab of rock.
32, 32 - On a crate in this area, confirmed by a friend.
2d/ Notched SK the notched one drops of Night Watchman Fixi in riwii. See p. 4 Kharan's post and next
3d/ Serrated SK drops of named officiator in Riwwi
I guess this one is the 3d, need to be confirmed
4th/ Polished SK, Found in Riwwi, Coliseum of Games at -453, -280. In a ruined Building between Qinimi and Ferubi
Drops alot.. see Xytras'post next page
5th/ Ridged SK. Quested, see down, Alas Oftheblade answer.
6th/ Scored SK is one of the easiest. You need warmly yunjo faction. Go hail Inibi the confused in riwwi. Say [Pleased to meet you] and she will give you the key
7th/ Five-tooth SK, Five-Toothed SK drops in Barindu inside the temple area by the instanced expeditions off the aneuks.
8th/ Elongated SK in Barindu, Hanging Gardens.
It is a ground spawn at -112, 285 in one of the ruin buildings. Its on the way from Riwwi
9th/ Edgeless SK said to drop in Quinimi off a named Archer ; said to drop also from Dogmen
10th/ Blunt SK from named : Pixtt Krakt Ticov in QINIMI. Pixtt Trext Rexi also

I found one of those keys in the little fountain in Riwwi by the Ferubi zone line. Was a ground spawn type item in the water itself.

I saw that ground spawn in the fountain, but I couldn't pick it up no matter what I tried, camped for a while, and when I came back about 5 hours later, it wasn't there.

Another two of them:
Named officiator in Riwwi dropped THREE of the same key. Also in Riwwi, near the Qinimi zone, there is "a darklurch corpse". Get near it and seven hungry stonemites spawn. Kill them and the key pops underwater nearby.

There is a quest in Abysmal that will give you a troll illusion potion if you turn in that key you fish there.

Ridged silvery key. Lore:fifth manacle key
Obtianed by a quest in Absymal sea. Dont have all the text but if you goto Rorrst and say, "Money talks". I found this out by asking the halfling next to him, "what key" He then ask for 25,000gp. Hand him the money and he gives you a key impression mold. Take that and a bar of silver in a jeweler's bag, you get the key. JC was at 220 and was triv.
Seems to me that is a greater quest w/ all the keys or they are used to set the Nihilites free..

Edgeless silvery key dropped off a regular mob in Qinimi for us... one of those spirit-whatchamacallit mobs with the ugly dog pets.

zone into riwwi from qinimi.
at the first bridge go across then right before stairs
there is a desicated corpse there. its explodes into stonemites and "something falls in the water"
kill the stonemites, dive in and find the jagged silver key on bottom of canal.

We need somebody to figure out what the # or name is for the fountain one.
I had the Riwwi ruins one, the Riwwi bug babies one, the Barindu groundspawn one, and the Abysmal sea 25k gold quest one (4 in total).
when i clicked on the fountain bag, it said "you cannot pick up a lore item you already possess"
so....?
The fountain one must be either Jagged, Polished, Elongated, or Ridged... somebody please respond!

I hailed him and noticed the key around his neck, so I attacked him (it worked, but him and the halfling next to him both aggroed) so I ran them out away from the other mobs etc and nuked them down.
"Your faction standing with Beta Neutral could not possibly get any worse."
Also, he didn't drop they key ;/

Serrated Silver Key drops of named officiator in Riwwi...she/it dropped 3 of them along with someother stuff. Havent ID'ed it yet...will edit when i get the info
