wow how u get so good in that many skills man! all i can do is make beer! lol. Well the reason why i asked is because i wanna make Djmoo a visible suit of FS coloured. Havnt decided what colour i want yet. If youre up for it just gimmi a price and tell me what meterials i need to get. ill look into the meterials aswell myself.

FS is the same as FP. It's pretty much crap except for getting it tinted, which is sorta neat. Crafted is probably better.
So far as smithing... don't waste your time. From a practical standpoint, you can buy an entire set of crafted for the price of getting to the skill required to make the first piece of FSP. You also need a moderate skill in tailoring. You are better off just finding some sucker who already has wasted his time and money into getting to that level and paying him to make you some.
On the other hand, if you want to do it for, like, a roleplaying reason, go to town. Specifically, Freeport. That's probably the best place for smithing.

I dont wanna make it myself. I need someone to make it for me. But ill supply the money and the resources. OH and I decided wich colour. Light blue witch is freakin hard to do so it will prolly have to wait. I have to get some thingy in perma frost doh!

It's been a million years since I've done smithing, but I know that all banded pieces are trivial for Silmar except for the cloak. So that puts his skill at > 168 and < 175.
