That was my first time there and the field looked great. The D99 flew great. A few trim flights and we were off to the races. I used the landing switch to deploy the flaperons for landing. This worked very well once I dialed out the down elevator. The plane was fast. Where was Adam when you need him!!! The Micron looked interesting but is no match for the almighty Twister and the D99 Twisted Sister combination!! Too bad about the rain, the wind, and the sulphur. I will be very late for the next race at Westwinds since I work that day, but I will be charging my birds in the van as I race out to the field after I finish work to hopefully get in the last two rounds. My motor was a little loose Walt. She is now all tightened up. More flying tomorrow!!! Roy
