Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Appearance: A taller girl of about six feet tall. She has a dark black hair that often appears messy or disheveled, but upon further inspection, it is obviously intentionally styled to this effect. She is missing her right arm from the elbow down, though she has several prosthetic arms that are obviously fully functional. Her right shoulder is also seriously burnt, with large amounts of scarring. She has a tendency to dress in a very Mediterranean or Middle Eastern style, not as in their cultural dress, but rather inspired designs from the culture. She is rather slender and a sly smile. Her eyes are green, but due to the same accident that claimed her arm, she suffered damage to her right eye. The pupil became permenantly dialated, she has to wear a special contact in that eye in order see somewhat normally. This causes her right eye to look considerably darker than her left eye.
Her typical daily attire is usually an orange or red halter top with a Mediterranean pattern, her right shoulder and bicep wrapped in gauze due to the scar tissue that covers them. She usually wears a sarong which is a simple square of fabric tied around the hip to make a skirt, or if out in a place with large amounts of people she will wear simple blue jeans. A simple pair of sandals usually seals the deal when it comes to foot coverings, and she is rather serious about her sandal wearing, for she will often be seen wearing them even in the harsh Buffalo winter.
Personality: An often mischievous or provocative figure in the presence of smaller groups of people she knows well, Meirah has a tendency to become quieter when engaged in social situations. During these confrontations, she will be more introspective and concious of others as opposed to while with people she is familiar with, she will often latch onto the heat of the moment. While alone completely, she is generally unhinged, often times talking to her self or singing whatever tune enters her mind. She has few fears, the only one to count thus far is a distinct fear of heights, and airplanes. Contrary to what one might believe, she actually isn't all that self-concious of her missing arm. This is primarily because with her powers she is able to have it replaced, thus making her feel not quite as handicapped as one would. She is a big fan of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean foods, primarily due to her time spent in Israel. Her tastes in music are quite varied, going through the full range from Blues to Funk and on to Metal. In otherwords, her Ipod is sixty gigabytes, and it's already full. Though, it is to say that she somewhat of a klutz, known to occasionally get herself in a situation due to clumsiness, but she is actually quite bright if she actually cares about the subject at hand.
Special Power:
Golems! - Meirah has the ability to create Golems from objects made of either wood, stone, or dirt. Though at the current time she is only able to create a single golem for a five minute period, if it's created out of dirt or stone, it's maximum size can only be two feet tall. She is somewhat more talented with creating Golems from wood, she is able to control most wooden home furnishings, as long as it has legs and is of medium size, such as coffee tables, endtables, and chairs. Making larger objects such as beds, dressers, and pianos move is near impossible without extreme concentration and a near limitless time frame. When it comes to making natural wood golems, they can only be two feet tall as well.
Golem Arm! - Seeing as she can bring life to wood, stone and dirt in the form of a golem, Meirah had a series of prosthetic arms made of wood and stone. By using her ability, she is able to mobilize the prosthetic. At the moment, her ability to move the arm is rather sluggish, almost robotic in nature, but due to the inability of sensing pain, she is able to apply a good deal of force.
History: Meirah is the only daughter of an Israeli diamond dealer, her mother had died while giving birth to her. Her father often leading the jetset lifestyle of a successful New York City business man, leaving Meirah raised by a series of Nannies. She was often times a difficult girl, outspoken and rude, annoyed by the lack of attention from her own father, she had become resentful.
This was until the accident. Meirah and her father were going to Israel to visit her Grandfather. When the plane touched down in Jerusalem International Airport, the landing gear on the back right side buckled, causing the plane to flip over completely, causing essentially a massive fireball flying down the landing. There were few survivors, Meirah being one of them, minus one arm, and a father. At this time, Meirah was fifteen.
Taken in by her grandfather, a controversial figure in the Judaic faith, a shut-in rabbi who researched at great lengths ancient Hebrew Mysticism. His specialty was the research of Rabbi Loeb. Through his research, he had dispelled much of the rumor and belief of the old Golem myths. He revealed the true nature of Hebrew Golemancy, it began instead as an ancient Proto-Hebrew pact or bond with a Nature Diety known as Abraxis. This pact resulted in the control of the primal Natural Forces of Wood and Earth, and the ability to give life to these otherwise lifeless beings. This practice had fallen out of hand with the issuance of the Ten Commandments, and only revived on occasion, most famously with Rabbi Loeb.
After mastering this art himself, her grandfather began to teach her the basics of it, so she could use the knowledge as a replacement for her arm. There was one condition though, her grandfather demanded that once she gained the ability, she must return to the United States and attend Manga High School so as to continue her studies. Shortly after returning to her homesoil, she spent two months living with an Aunt, during which she received notification of her grandfather's death. She is now enrolling in the school to continue her mastery of these arts.
Meirah woke up slowly, the dull morning light pushing slowly through the open shades with it's own physical presence, blankets wrapped haphazardly around her legs. She slid her legs slowly down from her bed, slowly putting pressure on her feet, the cold wooden floors being so dangerous around these households. Marching her feet up and down, the tight knot of blankets unyielding, she sighed. Wiggling, pushing, squirming only made her binds tighter as the alarm clock began to squeal in delight just out of her reach.
"Come over here." She said, pointing at the night table. It gained a faint glow barely noticeable and began to tap it's legs slowly as it moved towards her across the floor. Grabbing the alarm clock, she flipped the switch, and tossed it on the bed. She reached down and pulled open one of it's two drawers, grabbing a wooden arm from inside. It quickly latched into place with Meirah's help. Holding it up, she held her breath in anticipation as the hand began to slowly open and close to her will. With the aid of both arms, she was soon able to loosen the knots that held her there.
She tossed the blankets back onto the bed, and picked the alarm clock back up, placing it on the nightstand. She tapped the night stand twice with her knuckle then gave it a soft rub.
"Thank you very much, you can go back to sleep now."
The end table slowly inched it's way back to its spot next to the bed. She smiled at it's crab like walk, and turned around, leaving the room.
OKay, A few things. First go through the rules once more. From top to bottom so that you can find what your character profile needs. It needs only a few more things to be good. After that I'll look at it again.
