Microsoft Strategic Commander
Well, I had to format my drive and I can't find my installation cd for my MS Strategic Commander. I've looked all over the web for the software for it, but it is no where to be found. I have drivers for it, but no software to use it with. Anyone know where I might be able to find a copy of the installation CD?

Well, after jumping through hoops with microsoft I've pretty much been told that is what I'm going to have to do as they no longer support / update sidewinder products. It is either buy another one to get the cd or find (or download) a copy somewhere. Microsoft doesn't make it easy for one to love em. :(

I would greatly appreciate that Gyorg. :) If it is too big to upload, I'd glady pay for any media / shipping costs to anyone willing to make me a copy.

Hmmm, I just hooked mine up again not too long ago. I thought I had to reinstall the stuff for it, but I can't find the stuff saved locally anywhere (I archive everything).

Hrmm... all the setup files when zipped are only 14 mb. How ever my isp's free web space only gave me 10mb :(

Biggwin got me all hooked up Gyorg. He just zipped the contents of the cd and it ended being 14mb or so and uploaded it to my ftp. Thanks biggwin and gyorg for your help :) I'll leave it up for a few days at www.luckytats.com/biggwin/ if anyone else is still needing it.
