We have added a few things to the requirements to power and ability upgrades. Be sure and read the details in the most recent update when you request a new power / upgrade.
Well, its the weekend here at MHS. Wouldn't it be great if all schools started on a Friday for the first day of school. What a way to start off. You get a weekend right after your first day. Well, this is because we are done with the first day of class. How so you ask. As you only went to one class. yes, but I am sure that doing the same thing for each class would get boring. So the one class you experienced is basically how all the classes are going to be.
Teacher posts role. Day gets started, end of class happens, everyone goes to their next class, or home..
Well, ezboard still hasn't confirmed anything on a final date when everything is changed over to Yuku. And we are working on what to do next. We all want user friendliness after everything is changed away from Ezbaord, and we are trying everything we can to ensure that we have just that when we are at a new board hosting site.

Mr. Li's Guns & Ammo (Open)
Mr. Li's Guns & Ammo was actually an untrue name. In the beginning, Mr. Li had opened this shop for that purpose, and had carried knives as well. Due to the popularity of those high-quality imported knives, martial artists began to frequent his shop, so he expanded his stock to include various martial arts weapons, everything from swords, to axes, to staves.
Flojo was looking around the shop, trying to choose some new weapons. He was unarmed at the moment. He could simply make a ki katana, but he preferred to have a real, solid weapon to fall back on. He examined a rack of katana with interest, trying to decide which was best for him.
As he moved along looking for the store he had heard of. He calmly eyes each stores as he goes bye it. When his eyes fall here they grow a little and he decides to enter and look around.
He notice flojo who he has meet twice before. once at the gym another time at the lunch room. He bows to him lightly. He is currently dressed in tradtion Samurai cloths with his wooden shoes.

Flojo turns and bows politely, then gestures toward the collection of swords, "Mr. Li has the best weapons you can find anywhere. They're a bit expensive, but quality doesn't come cheap, does it?"

"Hmmm..." Flojo began, thinking, "a new sword is a good thing, from time to time. It can replace a sword in bad condition, or one inferior to it. However, an old sword that has been used for years by a person retains an imprint of his ki and eventually obtains a soul of its own. Even the worst sword, in such a conditon, becomes a powerful weapon."
Flojo wasn't sure if Jun-bo was familiar with this aspect of weaponry; most people weren't. They simply thought physical quality was everything, and that nothing else counted. He'd once been one of those; he'd realized when his family katana was destroyed that newer, supposedly better swords weren't nearly as good. He wanted to make sure Jun-bo didn't lose a good weapon for one that seemed better.

Shiro had been wandering the mall doing what, as he called it, fundraising. By fundraising he ment raising his funds. He took random amounts from random people who passed him that looked as if they could spare it. He passed the store then doubled back, allured by the sheen of weaponry. Shiro did not frequent the mall so he was not suprised that he had not yet been in to this store. He looked inside and was not suprised to see a few students from school in there. Shiro didn't know them but he figured that he would go in and say hi anyways, and if nothing else blow some of his new cash.
Shiro overheard the last thing that Flojo had said and fealt that this was an appropriate time to but in to the conversation. "I would agree with that," He said smiling a bit as he normally did, "Do you two by any chance go to the school?"

Flojo examined the newcomer. He looked dangerous, in a way; something about him just screamed "NINJA!". He wasn't surprised; a number of the school's students practiced the art of ninjutsu, himself among them, although he didn't use it that often.
"That would depend what school you're talking about," Flojo asked circumspectly. He couldn't just refer to MHS in public; nobody was supposed to know about it. He'd let this guy try to communicate it to him without revealing himself. That should tell wether or not he was a ninja.

"If you dont know than I'm not about to tell you," Shiro said grinning widely, "Something tells me that you do know though." Shiro ran one hand through his blue hair and took a step back. "Especially given the topic of choice here. Most people do not deal in hand to hand weaponry."

It seemed the blue-haired boy was a Manga High School student after all. His dodge was okay for an average student, but he would have expected more from someone who studied ninjutsu. Perhaps he wasn't a ninja after all. Or, perhaps he knew Flojo was analyzing him and he was doing this on purpose to make him think he wasn't a ninja. Or maybe he was just a really sucky ninja. The possibilities were endless; this was the king of thing that could drive you crazy if you thought about it enough.
"I know the school of which you speak. We are indeed your classmates," Flojo replied, "I am Flojo Murasame."

He almost answer Flojo before the gentlman walked in. He turned to look at him and listened to them speak back and forth. He thought he had seen the man before. But it could be his mistake. He smiles and nods.
" aye we are. I am Jun-Bo Tsuen"
He smiles lightly, an aloft smile of a person that was not worried. He looks to Flojo. He nods slightly.
" I look for a blade so i may practice more freely with out risking my current blade."
The blade set or daihio he had was sacred to him and he would not give it up for even his life. His old master had given it to him.

"Well in that case my name is Shiro," He said with a traditional bow to show respect. He looked at the swords and ran one finger along the hilt of it. "Don't you just love a sword? They're so elegant. I dont use them myself usually but during training I was required to learn the art of sword fighting. It always been a passion of mine. Usually I just use my kunai. Habit you know? I've had it since I was five," As he said this he produced a slightly above average sized kunai blade with a single kanji carved in to the blade from seamingly no where. It stood for justice. "Already have a long reach you know?"

He eyes the blade. He was always interested in weapons and speical swords. He smiled lightly and nods, noting the craftmenship on that blade beign above average if not exceptional. He looked to the symbol and smiled.
His katana had a kanji on it as well right on the end of the hilt. It was the kanji for balance. It was placed there by his master to remind him to always strive for balance in all things. He had recently figured out he was out of balance sine his rebrith and was trying to fix the probelm.
He nods lightly and answers in a calm voice. " It is a pleasure to met you. I have been useing a sword sine i was 4. " He did not sound like he was bragin only stating a fact. " I carry an old Katana which was my masters. " He was not in the mood to explain who his master was, not to mention he had not told any one.

"Yeah, my clan has a whole thing about passing down weapons and equipment," Shiro said with a slight hint of disgust on the word clan, "My better half prefers a more non lethal approach in the form of a jutte. But in his hands it seems just as effective as a sword." Shiro shrugged his shoulders just a bit and started to look around. Care to introduce yourself? Shiro asked Shadow. Only if they ask...you should know better to just give away all your secrets by now. Shadow thought.

He smiles lightly and eyes the man. He wondered lightly what the man about better half. If he had to guess he would think either a spilt personailty or a "wife". He shrugs at his thoughts and lets the thoughts slip away. He was not one ask questions like that to a man he did not know. If he had know him for a bit maybe he would ask.
He looks over his shoulder to the katana he was thinking of getting. He looks back to the men he was impressed lightly by these two. They may be or may not be stronger then him. But they handled them selves well.

"My family has a mania for passing down weapons as well. I only go one of them; a sword, and some douchebag ninja broke it last year. Of course, I sliced his head off later, so I guess it comes out even," Flojo replied calmly, as if discussing a movie or book rather than the taking of human life. It just wasn't something that bothered him.
Mr. Li came in from the back of the store then, where he had been checking in some new merchandise. He spotted Flojo and immediately called him over.
"If you'll excuse me for a moment," Flojo said, bowing slightly as he moved toward the shop's owner.
"Ah, Flojo, has been long time, yes?" Mr. Li began, "we have now special item you order last year. Took long time to get."

He eyes the shop owner and smiled lightly. It was about what he had expected from this shop. He looks to flojo and how close they seemed. He could tell that he had been shoping here a bit.
looking over to shrio. He thought of the blade his master had given him. It was an old sword and had to have constant attention to keep it from being damaged. The blade its self was weaker then most blade you could buy this day and age. But it always seemed to do alot more damage then a normal blade.
He looked back to the blade on the wall, wondering lightly how many times it had been folded. he hoped more then 40000. He would when the time was right ask about that blade.
He looked around the store looking for another blade. He had been looking for a dual sword style with guards for a long time. IT would be good if he could find a decent set here.

Shiro new that he didn't really need any more weapons. He did have his large peice of sharpened scrap metal that he used for a sword when it needed to be but he felt that the make shift blade did not give off the proper vibe. He wanted something....that didn't look menacing at all. He wanted something that people would laugh at, that nobody would take seriously. He was unsure about how to go about this as most blades were made to be elegant or to instill fear. How would one go about finding the exact opposite?
He turned to Jun-Bo and said"What do you think is the least effective weapon ever?"

Flojo left and went into the back with Mr. Li for a moment, then came out carrying a hefty, cloth-wrapped bundle. He pulled a stack of hundred-dollar bills out of his pocket, one hundred to be specific, and handed them over. This was the kind of thing you only dealt with in cash.
He lifted the bundle over his shoulder and went over to the other two students. In the bundle was a modified Stinger heat-seeking missile launcher, but they didn't need to know that. He was getting it for ... worst-case scenarios.

He looks to shiro while Flojo disappeared in the back and decided to answer him. He thought about all the different weapons he had ever used and had ever seen used. He smiles as he comes up with the perfic one.
" the shen fay knife. It is used by and old tribe over in Japan. It can only be held one way to be used. if you hold it any other way it will cut you. It looks like some one took a peice of steel and bent it up in the middle and then back down. you hold it by putting the bent partunder you middle finger then the two blades are on the outside. But it does not even look like a weapon. itis used in seek attacks because it does not looke like a weapon. But as i said if you hold it wrong you would cut your self. and to use it you have to have a very strong middle finger."
He had once seen some one use one of them knives. it was not a preaty sight.. for either of them. then man he attacked died, but he broke his fingers in the process.
When Flojo came back out he smile and looks to the thing. His mind races as to what it was. He knew what it would be if he had jsut bought that off the black market in Japan or here in the states, but he did not think this man would have one of them. but then again he would never know.
He smiles and nods. " big purchase "

"Just a gift for my brother," Flojo replied nonchalantly. In a way, it was true. Flojo had resisted the idea of using ballistic weaponry at first, but Ren's argument had won out. If Clay attacked, there was no way in hell the two of them could beat him, and the teachers might not show up. So, they got a missile launcher.
"As for weapons that suck... I don't know. Are you looking for something that sucks, or only seems to suck?" Flojo asked, already guessing the man's intention.

He smiles lightly and looks at him. He had dealt with them before and wondered lightly if he was right. He was curious about why he would need such a thing. If he was right. He had to get it off his chest. He had to know if he was right or not. If he was, then he would want to know why.
" Flojo, is that what i think it is? "
He eyes the package. Thinking to him self that it was maybe not the best question to ask some one who might be holding a missile launcher. He shrugs and waits for a reply. He would deal with it as it come to it.
