My first RP here. Couldn't think of better title...

She slowed down to a walk and scooped Chaomon up in her arms. The park was now only across the street and she continued her way dodging the moving cars in the street. After entering through the gates, she found a spot to sit under the shade of a tree.

"That man was offering free food," Chaomon broke the silence between the two. Chrissie stayed silent though and simply nodded her head and patted her confused friend on the head.

"Some things you'll never understand," Chrissie's voice was low and she continued to stroke her friends head and began to hear the strange purr that Chaomon was able to produce. They sat there for some time and watched the happy people enjoy their free time in the park.

OOC: Can you tell I have no life? I don't know how many times I've responded to this one, and it hasn't even been up 24 hours. Oh well, writing is fun and I like to do it! And it's even better since other people can join in! :)

Punky Kiddo Digital World Visitor Posts: 4 (11/25/01 9:10 pm) Reply	My first RP here. Couldn't think of better title... OOC: This is my first RP that I'm starting here. First things first, I hate writing in the script way because I feel like I'm then writing a story for little kids. Deal with the way I write, okay? Anyways, onto the RP! -BIC The teenaged girl ran quicker down the sidewalk, pushing by all the pedistrians that were mosying along minding there own business. She held two hot dogs firmly in her hands as she continued hurridly through the crowd. "Stop, theif! a policeman yelled into the air as the sirens began to roar in the air. Hearing the men's voices only made Chrissie run harder through the streets trying to avoid her rivals. "Chrissie!" a small voice exclaimed behind her. "They're going to catch us!" "Shut up and keep running!" she screamed back while turning down into an alleyway. Thinking quickly, she slammed to a stop and fell up against the side of the building and kept herself tightly against it. Chaomon, her digital sidekick, followed her lead and squeezed herself on the wall behind her keeping herself unseen. They both sat barely breathing as they heard the sirens pass by and watched the men run desperatly past, not even thinking of the suspects hiding in the dark. It only took minutes for the commotion to pass and then silence fell in the air. "Finally, Chrissie stated and slowly slid down the wall into a sitting position. Chaomon nodded in agreement and planted her rear into the cold cement and waited patiently for her share of prize. "Hotdogs, what a classic American food. Doesn't matter, food is food," Chrissie stated and gave one of the hotdogs over to her companion. "It's better than being on an empty stomach anyways. Chaomon never answered as her mouth was full with the greasy hotdog. She simply raised her head from the meal and smiled a genuine smile at her friend before greedily indulging herself in the rest of her meal. OOC: Sorry that was so long, but I had that idea for a long time and had to get it out. Anyways it's the beginning so I hafta give it a good start out, right? I like to play. Startled, Chrissie rose to her feet and glanced in the direction where the voice came from. "What does it matter to you? They aren't your hotdogs," she stated coldly. Chaomon jumped in the direction to the voice and curled her lips showing her teeth with a small growl following behind. "Chaomon, stop," she ordered her friend to back down. Rosalie was casually walking down the sidewalk, telling an officer later before that she hadn't seen anyone pass by. She quickly glanced down an alleyway, looking at Tiren and the girl he was with. Vipermon, hidden inside her purse, poked his head out slightly. V - " Rossssssie..I sssssmell ssssooomething.." She blinked at the snake and looked at Tiren. R - "And it's not just the hot dogs..one of them is a student from my class. Don't know who the other is.." She made her way slowly down the alleyway, hoping not to cause too much commotion. --------------

Chrissie stood silent now looking down the entrance of the alley as this stranger came walking towards her. She began to get annoyed by this people, but kept herself calm. Chaomon's ears shot up and looked down to where the strange girl was now entering and sniffed the air. "She has a digimon," Chaomon stated with her tail beginning to slightly wag in excitement. Her tounge shot out of her mouth and she panted softly from the overgrowing heat of the day. I like to play. Playing is fun for all. -~Punky Kiddo~

She took a quick step back. She still didn't know what in the world a digimon was. R - AHHH! Kids! Watch out! It's a monster! Chaomon cocked her head to the side slipping her tounge slightly back in her mouth. Her ears perked straight up as she heard the woman go slightly in hysterics. "Chaomon, you're going to get me in more trouble, Chrissie's voice had an aggitated tone to it. She knelt down to her loud mouth friend and picked it up in her arms, for it was farely light and small or it wouldn't have the ability of flight. She leaned up against the side of the building again as if she could morph into the concrete itself. "@#%$," she whispered under her breath. Chaomon replied and quickly jumped into the air fluttering her overly large wings. She hovered in the air next to Chrissie's face, paitiently waiting for an answer. "You know you're annoying," Chrissie scolded her over enthusiastic digimon and placed her hands on Chaomon's head and pushed her back to the ground. *"Don't mind my friend here. She doesn't know what the word unnoticable* means,"** Chrissie continued and looked towards Ray. "Yes, talking over some lunch would be nice, but what makes me trust you? The softness in her voice began to subside as her harsh nature took control of her body and memories of her past flowed through her mind. "No. No!" she cried out and dashed out of the alley way and onto the busy street. The memory of her mother entered her mind. The kind, caring person that every child experiences, but hers was difference. She remember the metal spoon being repeatedly slashed across her face and other bare parts of her body. The steel hitting her flesh leaving large welts and gashes across her arms and legs. "Chrissie!" a voice inturrupted her thoughts. Two tiny paws clawed her leg as she felt her mind return to the real world. "I'm sorry Chaomon. Nobody in this world can be trusted. That's a lesson to you, and never forget." Chrissie growled the last part of her comment. "Nobody. OOC: I have to make her one of those hard to get characters, ya know? That's just how she is because she had a very rough time as a child. Couldn't think of better title... ooc-hmm...my chars don't give up easy, and Ray's a tad abrupt, so that's understandable. Concerned, Ray takes again to the rooftops and follows Chrissie as she runs down the street ~I'll have to talk to the old man later on, if anyone knows what to do in this situation it's Falcon...~

R - "Alright, Vipermon..I know you're strange because you can talk..but that thing was stranger. How did you know what it was?" Vipermon slithered back into her purse queitly, not responding her her. R - "VIPERMON!! I want to know what that thing was! Don't got to sleep on me!" ::looks at Vipermon, sleeping softly:: Ergh! I'm going to find out myself..just gotta catch that girl." Rosalie turned swiftly, hurrying out of the allyway in her high-heels and running down the path she saw the girl run. --------------

OOC: woohoo, somebody went to the park. hehe, zio left a present in the park from another string ^^ IC: there was an odd bulge in the ground near a fountain, and what looked like an odd vine was sticking out, dipping lightly into the water "darkness is not something that can ever be destroyed. the powers of light and darkness are like two sides to the same coin. destroy one, and you destroy the other. the only thing we can do is try to keep the light stronger than the darkness. as long as we can do that, darkness will never be able to win over the light" -Kain

Startled by the old man, Chrissie glanced up quickly towards him with a look of concern on her face. "How do you know what she is?" Chrissie questioned abruptly. She climbed her way to her feet already knowing that this conversation was going to give her answers that she had always wanted to know in her past. "Chrissie," Chaomon's soft voice could be heard behind Chrissie's legs and she watched as her digimon friend pointed a claw in the direction of the water fountain. OOC: Yay, I'm not the only one. You're not the only digidestined around here. I'm afraid you're hardly unique in that respect. I am currently assisting a substantially large group of them and have visited the digital world a number of times myself.
