it's a buff poison just like the scoriae you summon with stanos legs. The only difference is that it's a 75dd instead of a 45dd + stun. It's just one more clickie that's nice to have on a raid to protect better buffs. That and it's fairly easy to make with a high skill requirement to craft so if you like to fish it's an easy way to up poison making

I was using this at level 54, in Dulak, which was handy since I could kill time waiting for my group by fishing in Gunthak where the wily ovate jellyfish lives. I used a red wiggler on 10lb test, ...wait...this isn't a fishing forum....
Anyway, the poison was doing 75 DD on the Dulakians even though I was only 54, so I don't think it was level based. Maybe any level above 53 maxes the effect?
I'm sorry I can't be more precise, but I seem to recall that it lasted through at least three fights, which would be around the ten minute range with my foursome. It seemed to poison with a frequency like a bixie sting.
So maybe it has a possibility of doing 3k+ damage over its duration, but I'm not sure how anyone could come up with a specific number.
