If Estonia & Latvia can afford it.. I'm sure the Ukraine can.
Especially with all the Swedish TV money thrown at them.

And even if they couldn't.. it would be in Sweden.

ESC Today have an article dated today indicating that there are venue problems in the Ukraine.

I once spent a week living in a shed in Odessa with three other lads. Perhaps it's still there and they could just build on an extension.

Oh, anyway, Eurovision...I always think its better when its held in relatively backward or 'under developed' countries as the cheesyness and cornism is doubled and thats what I like about it. It's no fun when we do it.
