'Nother Tune Hmmm, nothing much happening in this forum lately, eh? Where's everyone's creative side? Oh well, I got another tune done, and it's basically finished. If I wanted to make it into a bigger song, with parts, this would be a complete part I'm thinking. Without further adieu, here's the midi! Winter's Snow - So named because it reminds me of a small snow-storm. Not one of the big rough ones, just a small light snow, or perhaps the aftermath of a big storm. Comments appreciated, as usual! Puts me in the mind of a light summer or autumn rain, actually ... but that may be because you see more snow than I do.

Re: 'Nother Tune Actually I get that too sometimes. Mostly depends on what octave I play in on the piano... lower sounds more like rain, higher sound like snow. *Shrugs* Maybe it's just me. Heh, and I hear it's supposed to be another snow filled winter this year too... |

I played the clarinet for 4 years and this is what it got me: www.deviantart.com/deviation/3181073/ Yah I know I got the song wrong, but it still gets the point across.  Also took countless years in piano and it got me squat. Re: 'Nother Tune Thanks for the comment! Heh, nice comic there. Sometimes during the endless hours of practice for band at school I wonder why they call it "playing" and how it remains fun to me. Reading music isn't so bad a skill, it's more than a lot of people can do. *g* |
