OOC roles
To help with the book-keeping of the game, it'd be very helpful if players could look after certain aspects of the covenant's resources (keep them up to date at the end of each year, keep an up to date list, email to be put on the website, etc).
There are four roles I can think of (handy!):
Updating Grogs (Mike, playing the captain might be best)
Covenant finances (A bit more involved than ST)
Library resources (Mundane and magical - so that players know what is available from whom [obviously secret books would not be listed])
Magical stores (With little covenant property, this is probably the smallest job - mainly keeping track of which sources have been harvested, ready to be dished out each year)
