To Follow the Pathway of Change in ones life is not an easy task to undertake. I like to tell others about it in this way:
One must face head on the Obsticles that are thrown in your path or forever run and hide from them, but make no mistake it catches up with you in the end..Make the choice to have the will to endure and learn from what is thrown in the way. Face the fears that keep you from going forward on your path, no matter how bad they may be, for Fear is an Obsticle in and of it's self that must be overcome to make one stronger. Use your weaknesses as a tool to understanding yourself better it will make you a better person in the long run. Think though your decissions before your harm others because what you do does affect everyone around you. (Actions without thought has a domino effect with your surroundings) Have visions for your future. Set goals for yourself. Shoot for the Stars, but be happy with yourself if you can't make it all come to pass for you have made it part of the way there. Remember that words without action are worse than doing nothing at all. You are in control make the choice to change or change nothing at all.
This is an intro to constructive change in ones life and can be used quit effectively when there comes a time to face any Obsticle you may have.
