I think I've been here long enough to field this one, even if I'm not staff.

1. How does everyone get their powers? Is there some sort of evil organization that is going around giving out powers? Or are they simply born with them? Can we make up how they get their powers?

How you got your powers is up to you, it doesn't matter. The more creative you are about it, the better!

2. Is the school designed to house superhumans? Are characters sent there because they have powers, or do they simply go there and find out that everyone around them has supernatural powers like they do?

The students come here because of their powers, it's why the school was designed.

3. Are their powers a secret? Or does everyone in the school know that everyone has powers and thats alright. What about the staff? Do they know that thier students have powers? If they do, what are they going to do about it? Or does the staff of the school have powers also?

I dunno about the school staff having powers, but everyone knows about the powers. They even have a power control class. whether or not you tell people what your powers are is up to you though.

4. What about the Plot? Is there any secret organization (or something like that) that is out to get the students with powers? What significant things have happened in the past that I should know about?

As for the rest, it's just a school. You can make up your own plots and SL's if you want, you just have to find people to join in them with you.
